Materials and procedures

_ The employing unit shall review the personal education, age, registered permanent residence, personnel relationship, social security payment time, application time limit and other related conditions, and submit them online through the column of "Living Allowance for Newly Introduced Talents" in the online service hall of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (online office of the unit). When reporting through the online system, the reporting unit does not need to submit paper materials.
_ Specific operation process:
● The unit applying for the first time needs to fill in the "Basic Information of the Unit", and upload the bank tax payment voucher with enterprise income tax, value-added tax or stamp duty in the receiving treasury, and then submit it for review.
