Compared with the public education in China, the education of painting in Henan is better than that of civil servants. Henan Tuhua education has good service, strong teachers, reasonable courses and easy refund, while the process of refunding fees for public education is more difficult, and the pass rate of relying on civil servants is not as good as Tuhua. Therefore, compared with China's public education, Henan's painting education is more suitable for civil servants.
