Legal analysis: First of all, it depends on what kind of education you have received. If you are a full-time undergraduate, there is certainly no shortage of specialized courses. Only some adult education, correspondence, self-study exams, the Internet and so on will exist. It has always been the policy of the state to graduate from specialized courses before attending adult undergraduate courses. If there is no undergraduate course directly studied by a junior college, then this is a broken file.
Legal basis: Article 9 of the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) citizens have the right to receive higher education according to law.
The state takes measures to help minority students and students with financial difficulties receive higher education.
Institutions of higher learning must recruit students with disabilities who meet the admission standards set by the state, and may not refuse to recruit students because of their disabilities.
