Hua 'an Vocational and Technical School is a comprehensive school integrating short-term skills training and academic education. It is a key secondary vocational school in Zhangzhou, a national computer grade examination center, a national vocational skill appraisal station, a training base for rural labor transfer sunshine project, and a training base for skilled personnel in Hua 'an industrial concentration area.
The school was founded in the autumn of 198 1, formerly known as Huaan Vocational Middle School. /kloc-0 was upgraded to a vocational secondary school in may, 1998, and was renamed as a vocational and technical school in 2003. At present, the school has perfect multimedia classrooms, computer rooms, electronic technology training rooms, numerical control training rooms and other teaching facilities. There are 69 teachers,

The school now offers more than a dozen majors, such as electronic technology application, computer application, comprehensive management of rural economy, tourism service and management, and preschool education.
In recent years, the school has adhered to the concept of "employment-oriented and service-oriented", set up majors according to market demand, implemented joint operation between schools and enterprises and "order-based" classes, successively signed joint school-running agreements with many well-known enterprises such as Xiamen, Zhangzhou and Hua' an Industrial Cluster, established the relationship between talent training and supply and demand, and the demand for graduates was in short supply.
More than 20 teachers and students participated in national, provincial and municipal vocational skills competitions and were commended. The enrollment rate of higher vocational colleges is higher than the provincial average. The school has successively won a series of honors, such as the national advanced unit of rural youth transfer employment, the advanced unit of Zhangzhou secondary vocational school and Zhangzhou advanced school of moral education, and was named the 11th civilized school in Zhangzhou.
