Some people think that, especially in senior three, doing these things is just a waste of time and will affect learning. But I always think that these activities play a very important role in cultivating a person's character. Participating in sports can make me understand persistence and unity, listening to music can make me feel the charm of quietness, and appropriate games can make me understand the importance of self-control. Without these things, my life would be boring and incomplete.

When I went to college, although my grades were not outstanding, I also had a personality that I didn't take the initiative to communicate with strangers before, and I didn't like talking very much, which contributed to my communication ability and language expression ability. However, in many previous activities, I also cultivated my good leadership ability and team consciousness, and I can't do things with good foresight.

But at the same time, I am a quick buck, a little impatient. If I am in a long-term activity, I can't continue the initial state. If it takes too long, I will feel very tired. At the same time, the degree of concern will also decline, and there is no guarantee that there will be a sustained good state. On the other hand, my communication skills are not very strong. This is a follow-up report made by a university in Beijing to its students majoring in physical education: very few graduates in 2005 are engaged in professions corresponding to their majors, and the rest are basically engaged in other industries that are not closely related to their majors, or even industries unrelated to their majors. Everything starts from scratch, and the career development prospects are not great. Compared with the graduates of 2005, the employment situation of the graduates of 2006 is closer to the training goal of this major and gradually approaches the sports fitness market. Compared with the previous two sessions, the employment situation of 2007 graduates has more distinctive characteristics:

(1) The employment rate is high. Near graduation, most graduates have found satisfactory jobs, and even some excellent graduates are faced with the invitation of many employers and have to make a choice.

(2) The quality of employment is high. On the one hand, jobs and majors are relatively matched, and the employment direction and positions of graduates are more and more in line with the objectives and specifications of professional training. On the other hand, employers are well-known domestic brand chain fitness clubs with strong strength.

Through our follow-up investigation on the employment situation of graduates in recent three years, the results show that the training objectives of this major are more and more clear, and the talent training scheme is more and more scientific and reasonable, which is close to the post requirements of the industry and meets the needs of social development.

Statistics show that the employment destination of physical education graduates is relatively single, and the main employment field is the education system. The number of graduates engaged in physical education in the NPC and CPPCC sessions is 90. 1 1% and 9 1.30% respectively, with an average of 90.07%. Most of them are engaged in physical education in primary and secondary schools, and few of them are employed in other industries. After X2 test, P&G T. 0.05 shows that there is no significant difference in the employment direction between the two graduates. Although the goal of physical education major is to cultivate sports talents, it is natural to get employment in the education system. However, because the employment destination of graduates is too concentrated and the employment channels are too single, it is bound to intensify employment competition and increase employment pressure, which is not conducive to the improvement of employment rate. Therefore, we must gradually broaden the employment channels for students majoring in physical education.

Judging from the employer's situation:

First, the requirements for academic qualifications are getting higher and higher. If you are employed in higher education and scientific research institutions in large and medium-sized cities, all graduates are required to have master's and doctoral degrees, and most of them need excellent doctoral graduates. Secondary teaching units in large and medium-sized cities require graduates with master's degree or above, and some key middle schools even need doctoral graduates.

Second, pay special attention to the majors of graduates, which must be the majors required by employers. Because the employment market of this major has been in a situation of oversupply for a long time, employers require graduates to have good academic qualifications and high academic qualifications, and the degree of professional counterparts is very strict.

Third, pay attention to compound talents, not only pay attention to graduates' academic performance and school performance, but also require band 4 and now basically trend to band 6, and the computer ability is above the national level 2. Getting a double degree is relatively more popular.

Disadvantages: Of course, this profession also has disadvantages. First of all, many parents don't want their children to learn football because of the poor prospects and grades in China, and feel that there is no future. Secondly, football learning requires students' physical quality, and many people can't meet the standard.

Opportunity: Being a football coach is still young, and there will be a good development space. Now the country pays more and more attention to football, and the national team has achieved good results in many competitions, which has a great influence on many parents when deciding whether to let their children learn football. If the results of the national football team can be better in the future, then more students will definitely choose to learn football.

Risk: if the national team's performance has been poor, it will be a shock to my major, and it is hard to say that there will be students studying.
