First of all, we should learn from her unremitting pursuit of ideals. Jiang was determined to be a doctor to heal the wounded and rescue the dying when he was young, to treat people in the same predicament as himself. She never changed her mind even though she couldn't apply for the medical department because of her physical defects. From applying for pharmacy as an undergraduate, choosing computer-aided drug design as the research direction at the master's stage, and now studying the subject of machine learning modeling related to immunity, Jiang has been firmly moving towards her dream, and her ideal pursuit has always been clear-changing her destiny with what she has learned and helping more people.
Second, we should learn from her indomitable spirit of struggle. When Jiang was only half a year old, he suffered from extremely serious binaural nerve deafness because of drugs. At that time, her hearing condition was generally considered impossible to learn to speak. Fate may lead Jiang to another track, but with the encouragement of her parents, she insisted on learning the mouth shape in front of the mirror and learning pronunciation by touching her parents' throats. Each syllable should be repeated thousands of times to form muscle memory and master it skillfully. In school, in order to keep the same knowledge intake as other children, she needs to try to write down every mouth gesture of the teacher. With many efforts, she broke through the barrier of the silent world, grew up step by step and became a doctoral student in Tsinghua University.
Third, we should learn from her attitude towards life. Every step of life, growth and learning is a "difficult mode". Jiang said: "I only hope that everyone will treat me as a healthy person and ask me the same question." She doesn't want to disturb her classmates during her study. She sets the alarm clock of her mobile phone to vibration mode every day and holds it all night so that she can be awakened by vibration the next morning. On the road of life, she never regarded her physical defects as the capital to win others' sympathy and special treatment, and never lowered her standards of being positive and pursuing Excellence. With strict self-demand and optimistic attitude towards life, she makes people around her feel that "she is just like us".
Fourth, we should learn from her noble character of helping others. During his college years, when Jiang returned to his hometown, he would always volunteer in a special education school to visit children with visual, hearing and intellectual disabilities, and take himself as an example to encourage children to face life positively and optimistically. In 2020, she was elected as the president of Tsinghua University Student Barrier-free Development Research Association, preparing association activities, organizing participation in barrier-free forums and holding barrier-free concept experience activities ... She personally popularized barrier-free concepts to the public through various means. While trying to bloom her life, she also lived as a light to illuminate others.
I think people should fulfill their responsibilities and pursue their dreams.
When people come to this world, their roles will increase with age. From being a parent's child to becoming a parent after marriage, each role has a heavy responsibility, which is irreplaceable by others. Only by doing their best can they do it well. This is responsibility, this is life.
When people come into this world, they need life, whether it is material life or spiritual life. Of course, what is needed first is material life. To put it bluntly, people have to eat first, and people have to make a living. Without the ability to make a living, they can't live like people. This requires struggle in life and depends on people's diligence. People who are not diligent will be lazy. If they are lazy, they will have the ability to make a living, so they can't live a good life.
