What is happiness? All sentient beings are looking for answers, and the source of answers is often between Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism. China's three religions have their own characteristics: Confucianism is a life education of personality cultivation and interpersonal communication, and attaches importance to dealing with interpersonal relationships; Taoism attaches importance to man and nature, coordinates the relationship between heaven and earth, and makes the body and mind healthy; What is the purpose of Buddhism? It is very important for Buddhism to take good care of our hearts. If Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism are unified, it is equivalent to a whole knowledge of life, from the head, hands and feet, body, interpersonal and social relations, and even the attitude towards nature.
Whether it is the happiness of life, the happiness of society, the happiness of the nation or even the happiness of all mankind, now we talk about Buddhism from the source, that is, from the heart, which is the fundamental way. Buddhism is to let us return to the heart, to change ourselves, improve our lives and create the world.
Zen is to discover yourself and affirm yourself.
Zen is to find yourself, understand the cause and effect, and be truly merciful to all things. Which enlightened Zen master do you think is not like this? When you are enlightened, you put yourself down, that is, you have been doing compassionate things, continuing to practice compassion, all the way to perfection, and paying for the country, society and the whole life. This is what Confucianism said: "Make a heart for heaven and earth, make a life for the people, make a career for future generations, and make the world peaceful." So Zen is self-reflection, self-reflection, self-awareness, and then make more contributions and services. It is a self-conscious behavior and a life process from self-interest to altruism.
Without introspection, no matter what kind of problems you encounter, you may not know where to start. Although it seems that Zen Buddhism refers to "participation", it seems to be quite mysterious and brainless. In fact, "participation" is just a means to make yourself understand. It makes you start to doubt and reflect from this source, and truly and thoroughly reflect, so that you can confirm the source. Therefore, to recognize this source, we must use it.
In fact, this source has existed for a long time and has never changed. It's just that we were blind and lost, so we didn't notice, that is, we didn't know. Finally, we have to use a method to make it clear, make it clear, make it clear, and be enlightened. That can be said to be? "Really alive", after enlightenment, can be said to be real life, not illusory, but a life that can live for itself, for all, and truly contribute.
(of Buddhists) practise meditation
So we say that among so many schools of methods, Zen is the fastest way to find yourself. Zen is to see how to teach everyone to "discover themselves"! How do we interpret this Zen? If we interpret it well, it will lead us to find ourselves quickly. If we don't interpret it well, we may never be famous. So what? Good knowledge is very important in "meditation", and it is very important to find experienced good teachers in "meditation".
After all, Buddha still has many magic weapons and a core life concept for us to follow. If the heart is at peace, the world is at peace.
