1, the subject consciousness sleeps in the "iron room"
In educational activities, students are the "masters" of learning and the "subjects" of educational activities. However, as the "subject" itself, it is largely unaware of its subjective status, and the subjective consciousness is still sleeping in the closed "iron house" around it. In the deep heart of the "subject", he consciously put himself in a passive position and gave his right to study, think, explore and ask questions independently to the teaching assistant and instructor-the teacher without reservation. They want to be taught, don't want to explore by themselves, like to attend classes, and don't like to think; Love practice, do not create with heart. This is our educational reality.
2. The active "reins" are controlled by teachers.
As the main body of learning, students should have the initiative. However, our educational reality is: on the one hand, because the subject consciousness has not awakened, we can't think of taking the initiative; On the other hand, teachers' "excessive" initiative suppresses students' initiative. The conscious behavior that should belong to the subject has become a "charity" for teachers. Let you take the initiative first, then take the initiative. Once the students really take the initiative and make the teachers feel at a loss, they will take back the initiative and let you take the initiative.
3. The sense of ownership is lost in dullness.
Our children come to school with great happiness, frankness, innocence and countless curiosity and question marks. However, after our education, one question mark has become a full stop. Students are subjects without subjective consciousness, so it is difficult to have consciousness and initiative. Without initiative, they will only feel dependent on schools and teachers, lose their sense of ownership and be indifferent to their responsibilities. However, people are faced with question marks in society, and they need to have subjective consciousness and take the initiative to solve problems. If the students we train do not have a sense of mission as masters of society, our education will leave great regrets.
Faced with all kinds of problems in the above education, exam-oriented education no longer meets the requirements of today's education, and the voice of quality education is getting higher and higher. However, these voices do not seem to have brought about fundamental changes in education, and the view that "scores" explain ability still exists. In China, many people have seen the disadvantages of exam-oriented education, but after I went to college, I found several benefits of exam-oriented education, which may not be completely correct, but I felt it.
Before I went to college, I personally experienced two college entrance examinations, which can be said to be a complete experience of the pressure of exam-oriented education. Especially in the year of re-reading, I was eager to be admitted to my ideal university, so I set high demands on myself and often felt a lot of pressure. I always thought it was the most difficult year in my study career, but after I went to college, I found that the year when I resumed my senior three was the one I remember most clearly, and it was also a period I often mentioned. Because at that time, I had a pursuit, was willing to make progress, and matured in a short time. These feelings made me begin to understand that exam-oriented education not only gave us a score, but also cultivated our psychological endurance, accelerated our mental maturity and enabled us to start our adult college life.
Another thing that impressed me deeply was teaching Chinese when I went to the countryside during the summer vacation. In the process of preparing lessons, I found that those primary school textbooks were really well compiled and representative. I didn't know this when I was in primary school and middle school. I just know that the knowledge of the textbook is taught by the teacher. In order to go to school, I must learn to accept, analyze and understand. At that time, I couldn't clearly understand the purpose of endorsement and analysis. Until now, when I read these books again, I completely understand that everything the teacher taught before is accumulating, laying the foundation for future study. What I learned before is for today's me to use it flexibly and understand what the language wants to express from the heart. All these are due to the Chinese teachers in primary and secondary schools. Under the pressure of exam-oriented education, they cultivated us with their unique understanding of Chinese and accumulated methods of learning Chinese.
Exam-oriented education not only affects me in primary and secondary schools, but also becomes a driving force for my progress in universities. Since entering the university, without the pressure of the college entrance examination, many people suddenly relaxed their studies, holding the mentality of being immortal, reading idle books and playing games with peace of mind. What has not changed is the academic qualifications that have not been admitted. No matter how slow it is, everyone will become diligent in the last two weeks. It's just that this kind of exam-oriented education is a little different for me, because I can't compare with those who "memorize more" before the exam. If I don't understand and read the textbook carefully, I won't pass the exam at all. This may be the so-called bad thing turned into a good thing. The final exam of exam-oriented education has become the driving force that I have been urging myself to study, and I have also begun to study hard consciously in peacetime.
I don't deny that exam-oriented education has many disadvantages, but from the students who come out of exam-oriented education, I see that exam-oriented education also has its bright spots. Everything has two sides, and the key is the way we treat it. I hope more people can face the exam-oriented education with a positive attitude, and let it become the driving force for our study.
