Composition on adolescent health care knowledge and disaster prevention and self-help (preferably 1000 words or so)
In recent years, the incidence of acute schistosomiasis among primary and secondary school students in schistosomiasis endemic areas in Xichang City has shown a rapid upward trend. According to the national schistosomiasis epidemic report, in 2003, a total of 1 to1cases of acute schistosomiasis were reported in China, including 568 primary and secondary school students. It accounts for 5 1% of the total cases. The main reason is that primary and middle school students in schistosomiasis endemic areas generally lack the necessary basic knowledge of schistosomiasis prevention and self-protection awareness, and they are infected by swimming and playing in the waters where snails are distributed during the summer vacation. Therefore, it is an important measure to carry out health education on schistosomiasis control (hereinafter referred to as schistosomiasis control) in primary and secondary schools in schistosomiasis endemic areas to improve students' awareness and ability of self-protection. The following requirements are put forward to strengthen the health education of schistosomiasis prevention and control in primary and secondary schools in schistosomiasis endemic areas:

First, the administrative departments of health and education in schistosomiasis endemic areas should effectively raise awareness of the importance of schistosomiasis prevention and control, and incorporate schistosomiasis health education into the school work plan as an important part of protecting the health of adolescents and improving the health level of students, and pay close attention to implementation.

Second, provincial education and health administrative departments in schistosomiasis endemic areas should study and formulate health education programs for schistosomiasis prevention in primary and secondary schools as soon as possible, implement various measures for health education for schistosomiasis prevention in primary and secondary schools, and deploy health education for schistosomiasis prevention in schools before the arrival of the high incidence season of schistosomiasis infection (6- 10 every year). Third, the education administrative departments and schools at all levels in schistosomiasis endemic areas should incorporate schistosomiasis health education into the teaching plans of primary and secondary schools in accordance with the Work Plan for Health Education on Schistosomiasis in Primary and Secondary Schools and the Basic Requirements for Health Education on Schistosomiasis Prevention and Control in Schools (see Annex), arrange teaching contents and teaching time in a planned and focused way according to the characteristics of schistosomiasis incidence and the seasonal and regular epidemic, and provide students with general schistosomiasis health education, so that students can master the basic knowledge of schistosomiasis prevention and control and enhance their awareness of self-protection.

Fourth, according to the specific situation of each school and the characteristics of students, various forms of schistosomiasis health education activities are carried out, such as taking a schistosomiasis health education class, watching a schistosomiasis health education video or listening to a special lecture on schistosomiasis, conducting an extracurricular activity on schistosomiasis health education, and writing a composition on schistosomiasis health education in combination with the teaching content of Chinese classes, so as to educate students to avoid swimming and paddling in areas where snails are distributed in the high-incidence season of schistosomiasis and summer vacation. At the same time, we should pass on the relevant knowledge we have learned to other members of the family and community, and expand the coverage of health education on schistosomiasis prevention and control in the community.

Five, schistosomiasis endemic areas at all levels of health administrative departments and schistosomiasis prevention and control professional institutions should actively cooperate with the education administrative departments to carry out health education on schistosomiasis prevention and control in schools, and provide various technical support and services for the education administrative departments and schools, including providing health education information on schistosomiasis prevention and control for the education administrative departments and schools, assisting in teacher training, and undertaking special lectures on health education on schistosomiasis prevention and control. And guide schools to carry out health education on schistosomiasis prevention.

Six, in order to solve the problem of lack of schistosomiasis health education textbooks suitable for the characteristics of primary and secondary school students in schistosomiasis endemic areas, and ensure the development of schistosomiasis health education in schools, the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Health will organize relevant experts to compile popular science books and reference materials for schistosomiasis prevention and control in the near future, which will be used for schistosomiasis health education in various places. At this stage, all endemic provinces should make full use of the existing publicity materials such as popular science books on schistosomiasis health education to carry out publicity and education. Local education and health administrative departments should cooperate closely, make full use of these teaching AIDS, provide guidance and training for teachers, and improve the teaching ability of teachers' schistosomiasis health education.

Seven, strengthen the inspection and supervision of schistosomiasis health education in schools, to ensure the implementation of various measures. The administrative departments of education and health at all levels shall, according to the work plan and arrangement, regularly inspect and supervise the health education of schistosomiasis control in schools. The Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Health will conduct spot checks on schistosomiasis health education in schools in some provinces (cities) at an appropriate time this year, and report the results of the spot checks. The main contents of the inspection include the deployment of health education on schistosomiasis prevention in schools by the administrative departments of education and health, the implementation of measures to carry out health education on schistosomiasis prevention in schools, and the mastery of students' knowledge on schistosomiasis prevention.

We should do the following:

1) Schistosomiasis is a disease caused by people infected with schistosomiasis or mammals such as cattle, sheep and pigs.

(2) Harm of schistosomiasis: People suffering from schistosomiasis can cause fever and diarrhea. , seriously damage their health, and even affect the growth and development of teenagers.

(3) Understanding the brief history of schistosomiasis: understanding the life of schistosomiasis and understanding snails through specimens or wall charts.

(4) Infection route of schistosomiasis: People who swim, play and wash their hands in lakes, ponds and canals with snails may get schistosomiasis. Cattle, sheep, pigs and other domestic animals can also be infected with schistosomiasis.

(5) Methods and measures to prevent schistosomiasis.

① Don't swim or play in lakes, ponds and canals with warning signs of schistosomiasis control.

Parents are advised not to wash clothes and vegetables in lakes, ponds and canals with snails.

(3) After contact with epidemic water, you should go to the local schistosomiasis control department for examination and treatment in time.

Only in this way can the epidemic situation of schistosomiasis be better controlled.

It is everyone's responsibility to prevent schistosomiasis. Let's act together to eliminate schistosomiasis!
