The influence of family on juvenile delinquency and its cases
There are many reasons for juvenile delinquency. There are subjective and objective reasons, which generally include the following aspects: (1) Family factors. Lack of good family education is the main reason for juvenile delinquency. Some families are not harmonious and their parents are divorced. In the absence of paternal love and maternal love, young people's hearts are artificially distorted to retaliate against society and embark on the road of crime; Some are because the family dotes too much, forming a child's willful and overbearing bad character, which is difficult to accept once frustrated or criticized; Some parents beat and scold and don't educate. If children make a little mistake, or their academic performance is not good, they dare not go home, dare not wander outside, or even dare not run away from home. When they are instigated by bad people, they are easy to commit crimes. Some have no time to educate their children and let themselves go. Without restraint, children make friends carelessly, steal, pick fights, get into bad habits and embark on the road of illegal crimes; Other parents are eager for their children's success and expect too much. Usually, my grades are not in the top three, so I can't pass the exam. They should focus on further education, which is too tight, too stressful and too heavy. When children are at a loss and there is no hope of "reaching the standard", it is easy to go to the opposite side and make irrational or unexpected criminal acts. (2) Social factors. Unhealthy social culture does great harm to young people who are inexperienced and have poor resistance to temptation. The criminal process and decadent views of characters' language broadcast in some film and television programs, unhealthy books, magazines and video games, a large number of propaganda of violence and pornography, as well as hair salons and massage parlors everywhere, unattended Internet cafes and video halls, do not conform to the regulations and allow teenagers to enter at will, all of which are inducing juvenile delinquency. Teenagers have no financial resources, and lack of money can't resist the temptation, so they may go from petty theft to blatant extortion and robbery, or even kill for money, and embark on the road of illegal crimes. (3) School factors. Besides family and social reasons, school education also plays a very important role in juvenile delinquency. On the one hand, due to the negative influence of family and society, the effect of positive education in schools is seriously offset. Due to China's education system, schools tend to pursue the enrollment rate unilaterally to varying degrees. A few teachers lack care for underachievers, and their educational methods are simple, with less encouragement and praise and more criticism. Sometimes, it will cause a dilemma for underachievers to enter school and enter the home. "Broken pots and broken falls", they are looking for "bosom friends" outside the school, and it is easy to embark on the road of crime. Besides the objective aspect, the subjective factor of teenagers is the decisive factor. Teenagers are in the stage of physical and mental development, not fully mature physically and psychologically, lacking social experience, and lacking the ability to judge and distinguish things, especially the psychological and emotional changes are complex and extremely unstable. In addition, young people's weak legal consciousness has formed many wrong values, which are manifested in confusion, upside down view of right and wrong, greedy view of happiness, hero view of dominating one party, vulgar view of interests, etc., which leads young people to commit crimes.
