This year, the enrollment of public compulsory education schools resolutely implements the "six prohibitions": that is, it is not allowed to enroll students in advance, not to enroll students beyond the scope without authorization, not to hold key classes and experimental classes, not to hold or disguised examinations and tests linked to enrollment, not to choose schools at will, and not to recruit special students, walk students and special students.

On the 22nd of last month, the Ministry of Education made it clear that "the deadline of the primary school entrance policy is no longer limited to August 365 and 438+0", but the notice of Chongqing Municipal Education Commission stipulated that all children over 6 years old should receive and complete compulsory education before August 365 and 438+0 (including August 365 and 438+0) in 2065 and 438+07. For students in special education schools and rural areas who do not have the conditions, the age of admission policy for accompanying children can be relaxed to 7 years old.

School-age children and adolescents registered in this city are enrolled in the nearest place where they are registered. All compulsory education schools are not allowed to select students through examinations, and public compulsory education schools are not allowed to recruit special students, recommended students and special students.

Each compulsory education private school shall, according to the approved scale of running a school, reasonably arrange the enrollment plan for that year. The enrollment plan of private schools began to register on April 1 day after being filed by the local education administrative department, and the registration time of private schools attended by public schools was synchronized with that of public schools (that is, the registration review began on June 20). When the number of applicants in private schools exceeds the number of school enrollment plans, new students will be recruited by computer allocation and interview.

The education administrative departments of all districts and counties (autonomous counties) shall, in accordance with the principle of "nearest admission", reasonably delimit the enrollment areas of public schools in the compulsory education stage. After the area is demarcated, it should remain relatively stable. When it is really necessary to adjust, it is necessary to carefully demonstrate and listen to opinions with the ideas and methods of governing according to law, and report to the local party Committee and government for approval; Urban junior high schools with dense population, tight degree and strong impulse to choose schools can adopt multi-school scribing, such as random lottery and computer allocation to recruit students.

Hot schools that are highly concerned by the masses should speed up school alliances, run schools in groups, exchange posts between principals and teachers, give play to the role of radiation, and expand the coverage of quality education resources.

The enrollment plan will be announced from May 10.

1. Announce the enrollment policy. On March 3, 2007, Kloc-0, 2007, the public information network of all districts and counties (autonomous counties) Education Committee (Education Bureau) opened a column on compulsory education enrollment, and announced the enrollment policies, work arrangements, registration procedures and other related information of the districts and counties. The public information network of the Municipal Education Commission will link the public information network of the education commissions (education bureaus) of all districts and counties (autonomous counties) to facilitate the masses to inquire about the enrollment situation of compulsory education in the city.

2. Publish the registration information. From May 10, the education administrative departments of all districts and counties (autonomous counties) and schools in the stage of public compulsory education announced the enrollment plan to the society and issued the enrollment registration notice.

3. Registration and review of materials. From June 20th, 20 17, public compulsory education schools began to register for examination and publicity. Before July 20th, the Notice of Admission to Compulsory Education in Chongqing will be issued to eligible school-age children and adolescents.

The Municipal Education Commission stressed that once the student status is confirmed, it is not allowed to transfer it without authorization. If it is really necessary to transfer student status between district and county schools, it must be approved by the district and county education administrative department; Transfer between districts and counties must be approved by the education administrative departments of the two places.

At the same time, it should be clear that student status is the result of students' enrollment, and transfer or new student status is the post-procedure of enrollment, not the premise of enrollment and transfer. No school may refuse students admission on the grounds of student status.

For school-age children and adolescents who have not received compulsory education in accordance with the provisions of the Compulsory Education Law, schools and education departments should immediately start the mechanism for compulsory education students to drop out of school, issue a notice of persuasion to their legal guardians, and earnestly implement the responsibility of persuasion, registration and written report. Students who are not registered in the school registration management system should be checked one by one to ensure that every school-age child and teenager receives compulsory education according to law.

⑥ Other special circumstances encountered in enrollment shall be properly solved by the education administrative departments of counties (autonomous counties) according to the relevant laws and regulations of the state and this Municipality. Public schools shall not refuse to accept students who should be enrolled in the school district and students who are arranged by the administrative department of education.
