Composition pre-school education major. 700 words
In the morning, when the children like flowers sweetly call out "Good morning, teacher", I will feel extremely satisfied. Among the children, I got fun that others couldn't feel. Every day is brilliant, and every day is a surprise. Although preschool education is not smooth sailing, I feel very happy and satisfied in this profession. As a preschool teacher, I am spreading my wisdom and love, but also harvesting pure and kind love from the children's world! It is difficult to be a teacher, and it is even harder to be an excellent kindergarten teacher! Children's world is the purest, most transparent and most sensitive. A gesture of the teacher, even a look, will make the child deeply touched. So "give my whole heart to my children" is a sentence engraved in my heart. In practical work, I try to create an atmosphere full of love for children and nourish their hearts with love. Every time I communicate with my children, I feel it with my heart, because I understand that to be an excellent teacher, I must dedicate my affection and selflessness to my children and let them feel at ease in kindergarten. People often say that a key opens a lock, and teachers are known as "people who hold the golden key" and "engineers of human souls", which means that teachers are wise men who open human hearts. As teachers, we must go deep into young hearts and study these different books. Some children, the sound of reading and singing is wonderful, but when it comes to painting, they have a headache and paint in a mess. Some children are introverted, no matter how intense the discussion is, no matter how the teacher "opens his mouth", he just doesn't say a word, but he often does good things for the group silently. There are other children who can't be idle for a minute, either crying or making trouble with that. These children are like a series of questions before me. They have different advantages and disadvantages and hobbies. How can I solve this series of problems? After thinking and observing, I found that they have a common need-success. For example, introverted children, I try to create more opportunities for them to express themselves. I also constantly encourage them and help them. Their self-confidence has been strengthened through repeated tempering. Over time, they gradually became cheerful and lively. Another example is a child who can't draw well. I teach them by hand and praise them as soon as I make progress. After a period of time, their hands are much more dexterous and their pictures are much cleaner and neater. Love children, love is not spoken, let alone shouted. Love is achieved through down-to-earth efforts. In this fertile land of kindergarten, I get along with children every day, watering their tender hearts with sweat and love. In the future, I need to make greater efforts. I will continue to contribute to the cause of preschool education that I love with my persistence in preschool education and my constant pursuit of professionalism, so that children can thrive in this land of love and become themselves in their hearts.
