School background

The school was founded in 1958, formerly known as Beijing Electric Power University. 1969 moved from Beijing to Hebei and changed its name to Hebei Electric Power Institute and North China Electric Power Institute. 1995 North China Electric Power University and Beijing Institute of Electric Power Economics merged to form North China Electric Power University. 1995-2005, North China Electric Power University is located in Baoding and has a Beijing campus;

After 2005, the school department was changed to be located in Beijing, and Baoding Campus was established separately. Both places are part of North China Electric Power University, and integrated management is implemented. There is no difference between students' diplomas and degree certificates.

Baoding campus

Baoding Campus was the headquarters of our school before 2005, with a long history, solid foundation, strong teachers and good school spirit and study style.
