Second, the scope, target and basic conditions of recruitment
(A) the scope and object of recruitment
1, fresh graduates of full-time colleges and universities in Ningbo in 2008;
2. Social workers with Ningbo household registration (subject to the household registration on March 3, 20081day).
Employees in civil servants and institutions, active servicemen and dismissed employees in former civil servants and institutions cannot apply for the exam. Non-2008 graduates studying in full-time colleges and universities can't apply (master's and doctoral students studying in full-time colleges and universities who didn't graduate in 2008 can't apply with their academic qualifications and degree certificates). Those who were found to have cheated or cheated in the recruitment process of civil servants from 2005 to 2008, and those who were prohibited from being employed as staff members of government agencies and institutions by law, were not allowed to apply.
(2) Basic conditions
In addition to the qualifications required to apply for a major (post), applicants should also meet the following conditions:
1, under the age of 35 (that is, born after1March 3, 9731);
2. Social workers must join the work before August 2006 and have relevant work experience in applying for positions;
3, good health, in line with the "General Standards for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial)";
4. Integrity and dedication, good conduct and good professional quality. The personal information provided must be true and effective. Anyone who practices fraud will be disqualified from the examination.
Third, the recruitment position and related professional qualifications.
1. Clerk 12 (stenographers), requiring a junior college degree in national education and good skills in judicial stenographers.
2. Finance post 1 requires a bachelor's degree or above in national education full-time accounting, and holds an accounting qualification certificate.
3. Two positions in network management, including computer application technology 1 and system engineering 1, all require a bachelor's degree or above in national education.
4. The other five auxiliary posts are tried out, requiring a full-time bachelor's degree or above in national education in language and literature or journalism and communication or statistics.
Fourth, the recruitment process
(1) Registration

After registering personal information online, the applicant chooses a position (major) to register, and will not accept registration and registration after the deadline.
At the time of registration, candidates must upload their own electronic photos (recent bareheaded, jpg-format positive photo, within 30k, not more than 128× 180 pixels and not less than 80× 1 10 pixels).
(2) Prequalification
Time: 00: 00 on April 8th, 2008-24: 00 on April 9th.
The court organized the personnel department to conduct a preliminary qualification examination on the position (major) finally selected by the applicants, and only those who passed the examination could register.
Serial number, and will explain the reasons for the failure.
(3) Payment confirmation
Time: April, 2008 10: 00-April 12: 00.
According to the relevant regulations, applicants for the position of clerk (stenographer) must pay the written examination fee 120 yuan (stenographer examination); Other personnel pay 80 yuan written examination fee. Online payment is unified, and failure to confirm payment on time is regarded as automatic waiver.
(4) Download and print the admission ticket.

The person who has completed the payment confirmation will log in to Ningbo Examination Network to download and print the admission ticket within the specified time.
(5) written test
Written test time: April 2008 19.
Candidates hold the admission ticket and valid identity documents at the same time and take the exam at the time and place specified in the admission ticket.
The written test subjects are "Administrative Professional Ability Test" and "Shen Lun", with full marks 100.
(6) Quick record inspection
Applicants for the position of clerk (stenographer) must take the stenographer exam, and the specific time and place will be notified separately. Please pay attention to the relevant announcements of the examination network in time.
The speed recording test adopts the combination of listening and typing, and the recording and playback speed is more than 100 words per minute.
Those who scored less than 60 points in the quick recording exam will be eliminated directly.
Applicants for the position of clerk (stenographer) shall convert the number of components according to the proportion of stenographer's score of 40% and written test score of 20%, and according to the converted scores, from high score to low score, they shall be determined to enter the interview object according to three times the number of recruits (less than three times the actual number).
Those who apply for other positions will enter the interview according to the written test results, from high score to low score according to 3 times of the number of recruits (less than 3 times according to the actual number).
The list of people who entered the interview will be published on Ningbo Examination Network within 5 days from the date of publication of the written test and quick recording test results, and the interview time and place, qualification review time and place will also be announced.
(7) Qualification examination
Before the interview, the recruitment agency will conduct on-site qualification examination for the interviewers at the specified time and place. Documents required by Ningbo Shengyuan's full-time college graduates in 2008: employment recommendation form issued by the school, national employment agreement for college graduates issued by the Student Office of the Ministry of Education, my ID card, student ID card, household registration book and other relevant documents (certificates) and their copies; Documents that social workers with Ningbo household registration must carry: my ID card, household registration book, education, degree certificate, professional and technical qualification certificate, practice qualification certificate and relevant work experience certificate, and their originals and photocopies; Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and returned overseas students must provide overseas academic qualifications and degree certificates issued by the China Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education. If the certificate (certificate) is incomplete or the provided certificate (certificate) does not meet the qualification for the examination, you may not participate in the interview. Those who fail to participate in the qualification review on time are deemed to have given up the interview qualification.
Before the interview, those who have obtained the interview qualification fail to pass the qualification review or decide in writing not to participate in the interview, and those who have passed the post (professional) written test will be replenished from high score to low score, and participate in the qualification review on time.
(8) Interview
The interview is organized by the recruitment agency. The interview adopts a 100% system, and those with less than 60 points are eliminated, and those with more than 60 points enter the physical examination.
(9) Physical examination
The physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with the Notice of Zhejiang Provincial Personnel Department and Zhejiang Provincial Health Department forwarded to the Ministry of Health (Zhejiang Artificial [2005] No.68) and the Operation Manual for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation). Those who fail the physical examination will be eliminated, and those who pass the examination will enter the inspection. Applicants who give up the medical examination are deemed to have given up their employment qualifications.
(10) survey
The inspection work shall refer to the relevant provisions of the Detailed Rules for the Inspection of Civil Servant Recruitment in Zhejiang Province (Trial) (Zhejiang Renfa [2008] No.58) to formulate specific inspection methods. Those who fail the examination will be eliminated.
(eleven) publicity and employment
After the inspection, the applicants for the position of clerk (stenographer) will be selected according to the proportion of written test score accounting for 20%, stenographer score accounting for 40% and interview score accounting for 40% (if the total score is equal, the stenographer with high score will be the first), and the recruitment quota will be selected from high to low. The list will be published online for 7 days after being reviewed by Ningbo Personnel Bureau.
For those who apply for other positions, the total score will be calculated according to the ratio of written test scores and interview scores of 50% respectively (if the total score is equal, the one with the highest written test score will be the first), and the candidates to be hired will be selected according to the recruitment quota from high to low among qualified personnel. The list will be published online for 7 days after being audited by Ningbo Personnel Bureau.
After the expiration of the publicity period, if it is verified that there are no problems or problems that will not affect the employment, the employment formalities shall be handled according to the approval authority of the employment. Reflect the problems affecting employment and find evidence, and will not be hired. If it is difficult to verify the problems reflected at the moment, the employment will be suspended until it is found out.
Graduates of ordinary colleges and universities shall go through employment formalities with graduation certificates and degree certificates. Those who fail to obtain the academic qualifications, degree certificates or practise fraud specified in the positions (majors) they apply for will be disqualified.
If the employed person fails to report for duty within the time limit without justifiable reasons, the employment qualification will be cancelled.
