Basic principles of education law
The basic principles of education law are the basic requirements and guiding principles that must be followed in the construction and implementation of China's education laws and regulations, the concrete embodiment of the general principles of China's socialist legal system construction in the construction of education legal system (rule of law), and the concentrated embodiment of our party and state's basic education policies.

According to the provisions of China's education law, the basic principles of education law are:

(1) Adhere to the orientation principle of educational socialism (orientation principle).

(2) The principle of administering education according to law (rule of law).

(3) Educational activities must conform to the principle of national and social public interests (public welfare principle).

(4) The principle of equal educational opportunities (the principle of fairness).

(5) The principle of unification of educational legal system (unity principle).

2. The principle of unification of education legal system.

The unification of education legal system means that the relevant education laws and regulations must be formulated and implemented by the competent authorities of the state, which is universally binding on all citizens and legal organizations. This principle requires that "the subordinate law obeys the superior law" in legal effect; In practical work, according to "the latter method is better than the former method"; In the application of law, it follows the provision that "the special law can give priority to the general law".

Education law is the general name of legal norms that stipulate educational relations and adjust various interest relations in educational activities. It not only adjusts various interests in educational activities, but also adjusts various rights and obligations in educational activities. The basic principles of education law are the most important part. They are fairness, reasonableness, safety and respect.

First of all, fairness is one of the basic principles of education law. Everyone should have equal opportunities to receive education, regardless of race, gender, religious belief, economic status, etc. In educational activities, the principle of fairness is embodied in enrollment, teacher promotion, resource allocation and many other aspects. In these respects, the Education Law stipulates that the principle of fairness must be followed and no one should be discriminated against.

Secondly, rationality is also one of the basic principles of education law. In educational activities, we must follow reasonable principles and must not violate common sense. For example, students' test scores should be fair, and there should be no cheating or cheating. At the same time, schools should not require students to pay exorbitant tuition fees or accept unreasonable behavior constraints.

Third, safety is one of the basic principles of education law. The safety of students and teachers in educational activities should be guaranteed, including personal safety and property safety. For example, schools should provide a safe learning environment to ensure the safety of students' lives and property. At the same time, schools should also take measures to prevent violence and bullying on campus.

Finally, respect is one of the basic principles of education law. Students and teachers should be respected and should not be insulted, discriminated or violated in any form. For example, students' personal dignity should be respected and teachers' work should be respected. At the same time, schools should not require students or teachers to accept unreasonable behavior constraints.
