The Library of Korea Higher Education Consortium provides books and materials with research value for scholars and students. The library has books, academic journals, research papers, dissertations, and college schedules/detailed lecture plans of famous universities in the United States and other countries.

The library has 30,000 academic books and more than 650 important academic magazines. The Korea Higher Education Alliance is located in Seoul. The library is located on the first to third floors of the Korea Higher Education Consortium Building. Scholars and students of the Korea Federation of Higher Education have priority to use the library.
