Pedagogy plays a very important role in the process of teachers' education and teaching, especially educational psychology plays a certain guiding role in teachers' teaching activities and can better serve teachers' teaching. Young teachers, in particular, should have no problem imparting knowledge because of their lack of teaching experience.
