The inspection objects and scope of the Central Inspection Team are:

1, leading bodies and members of party committees, NPC standing committees, governments and CPPCC leading bodies of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, main leaders of higher people's courts and people's procuratorates of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, and main leaders of party committees, NPC standing committees, governments and CPPCC leading bodies of sub-provincial cities;

2. Central ministries and commissions and their members, leading bodies of ministries and commissions of central state organs and people's organizations (party committees) and their members;

3, the central management of state-owned key enterprises, financial enterprises, institutions, party committees (party groups) leading bodies and their members; (4) The leading bodies of Party organizations and their members of other units required by the Central Committee to inspect.

Patrol personnel shall meet the following conditions:

Article 13

The inspection objects and scope of the Central Inspection Team are:

(1) Party committees, NPC Standing Committees, governments, CPPCC leading bodies and their members in all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, leading bodies of higher people's courts and people's procuratorates in all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, and leading bodies of Party committees, NPC Standing Committees, governments and CPPCC leading bodies in sub-provincial cities;

(two) the leading bodies of the central ministries and commissions, the leading bodies of the ministries and commissions of the central state organs and the leading bodies of people's organizations (party committees) and their members;

(3) Leading bodies of Party committees (leading bodies) and their members of important state-owned enterprises, financial enterprises and centrally managed institutions;

(4) The leading bodies of Party organizations and their members of other units required by the Central Committee to inspect.

Article 14

The inspection objects and scope of the inspection teams of party committees of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government are:

(1) Leading bodies of Party committees of cities (prefectures and leagues) and counties (cities, districts and banners), leading bodies of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, government and CPPCC, and leading bodies of intermediate people's courts, people's procuratorates of cities (prefectures and leagues) and people's procuratorates of counties (cities, districts and banners);

(2) The leading bodies and members of the Party committees of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, and the leading bodies and members of the leading groups of government departments and people's organizations (Party committees and Party working committees);

(3) The leading bodies of party committees (leading bodies) of state-owned enterprises and institutions managed by provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government and their members;

(4) Leading bodies of Party organizations of other units and their members as required by Party committees of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government.
