What do you mean by part-time graduate students?
Part-time graduate students refer to candidates who have passed the unified examination and are selected by universities or other higher education institutions with postgraduate education qualifications, who study on the job within the academic system, complete enough credits and obtain double certificates of academic qualifications and degrees through thesis defense.

Part-time graduate students pass the national unified entrance examination for graduate students, and are admitted to institutions of higher learning or other institutions of higher education with qualifications for postgraduate education, and then obtain the status of graduate students in general higher education.

Graduate students who have studied flexible hours within the basic study period or the years specified by the school and obtained the graduate diploma of general higher education and the corresponding graduate degree certificate after completing the credits. Ordinary higher education, which belongs to the elimination and selection system, is admitted on the basis of merit.

Students involved in part-time research are different from in-service graduate students and belong to academic education. After 20 17, part-time postgraduate students will be established on the basis of full-time postgraduate education, and relevant re-reading work will be included in the national unified postgraduate examination enrollment.

To sign up for the national unified postgraduate examination, you must meet the following conditions

1, a citizen of People's Republic of China (PRC) (China).

2, support the leadership of China * * *, with the correct political direction, love the motherland, willing to serve the socialist modernization, law-abiding, good conduct.

3 candidates must meet one of the following conditions:

(1) Fresh graduates with nationally recognized academic qualifications (including fresh graduates of adult higher education held by ordinary universities, adult universities and ordinary universities, and graduates who can pass self-study exams and online education).

(2) Persons who have obtained a nationally recognized undergraduate diploma.

(3) Persons who have obtained a master's or doctoral degree.

(4) Persons with the same academic qualifications as university graduates.
