Huang Lu Normal School, located in Hefei, Anhui Province, is the first batch of normal schools in China and the originator of normal education in Anhui Province, enjoying the reputation of "Xiaozhuang Normal School in the South and Huang Lu Normal School in the North". The main source of Huang Lu Teachers' College can be traced back to Huang Lu School founded by Zhang Zhizhong in 1928, and its name was restored in 1972 after the periods of Huang Lu Rural Simple Normal School in Anhui Province, Huang Lu Normal School in Anhui Province and Korea Normal School. During the period of 10 before the Anti-Japanese War, Huangshi tried out "integration of teaching and learning", "little teacher" and "artist friend system", and implemented various forms of running schools and various academic systems simultaneously, which not only trained a large number of rural teachers, but also tens of thousands of people in Fiona Fang received national education or mass education, thus promoting the popularization of compulsory education and rural construction, affecting the whole province.

After the outbreak of War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, the school was closed in the spring of 27 years (1938). Teachers and students either fled to the rear, or participated in anti-Japanese activities in their hometown, and some went to Yan' an. After the victory of the Anti-Japanese War, in 35 years of the Republic of China (1946), Anhui Province adjusted the layout of middle schools in the province. Under the strong sponsorship of Zhang Zhizhong, the provincial Guhe Normal School in Quanjiao was moved to Hongjiatuan and renamed Lihuanglu Normal School in Anhui Province.
