Teacher Shiliang Zhou, the national outstanding head teacher, the relevant leaders of the Primary Education Department of the District Education Bureau, the head teacher of the second junior middle school in the city, the representative of the Jianxiang Primary School Family Committee, and all the teachers and students of Jianxiang Primary School gathered together to discuss the warm classroom construction and create a harmonious campus.

The purpose of this activity is to summarize and refine the ways and means of creating a warm classroom in schools, further promote the construction of class culture, create an environment conducive to the healthy development of teachers and students, make the classroom full of vitality, and promote the construction of a harmonious campus and the overall improvement of the quality of teachers and students.

Toastmasters kicked off in the group dance of Jianxiang teachers and students. In the melodious music, the amiable teacher took the students' hands and danced the group dance happily. The faces of teachers and students are filled with happy smiles.

In a warm atmosphere, four teachers shared their thoughts and experiences in the process of creating a warm classroom. Teacher Lu Hairong, the fifth-grade head teacher, introduced the use of the blog information exchange platform in the class of "Growing Happy" in his speech, which became a channel for students, teachers and students to communicate with each other and share resources, and established a harmonious and warm relationship with students and parents. Teacher Zhang Xin, in the fourth grade, used the warm platform of "whispering" to resolve the resentment in the children's hearts, enhanced understanding in the exchange and collision between hearts, and reintegrated the special students into the big family of the class. Teacher Liang Yue in the fourth grade said, "Warmth = Warmth+Love. I firmly believe that as long as we work hard, we will be able to build a warm classroom, which truly reflects that the school is "a paradise for students to learn, a garden for learning and a home for growing up". In the second grade, Mr. Rong used modern management methods to train boys from the perspective of men, giving them full trust and free space and encouraging them to grow up.

Then two students expressed a touching story between teachers and students with sincere speeches. When the teacher held the flowers presented by the students and his own paintings, tears filled his eyes and the audience applauded. Everyone was deeply moved by the scene of respecting teachers and loving each other.

The construction of warm classroom not only harmonizes the relationship between teachers and students, but also strengthens the communication between schools and parents. Ms. Liu Zhang, the representative of Jianxiang Family Committee, told a touching story about Jianxiang teachers and students working together with love and wisdom to create a warm classroom and create a harmonious campus.
