What will classroom reform change?
With the progress of mankind, the development of society and the renewal of knowledge, the new curriculum reform includes not only the reform of teaching materials, but also the reform of classroom teaching methods. Classroom reform, first of all, is the reform of teachers' concepts. In the traditional concept of teachers, teachers preach, teach and dispel doubts. The modern view of teachers holds that teachers are not only the imparting of knowledge, but also the organizers, guides and participants of students' learning and exploring knowledge. Teaching objectives not only require students to master basic knowledge and skills, and establish a correct outlook on life and values, but also include the three-dimensional objectives of learning process and methods. By exploring the learning process and methods, students can not only learn something, but more importantly, what they will learn. Really practice the great educational thought advocated by the famous educator Mr. Tao Xingzhi: the responsibility of teachers is not to teach, not to teach students, but to teach students to learn. Classroom reform is the reform of teachers' classroom teaching methods. It is better to teach people to fish than to teach them to fish. In the traditional classroom, the teacher is the master and the protagonist, and many times, the students are the listeners who are beautifully and passively remembered. The teacher is full of energy and the students are sleepy. In cramming classroom teaching, students just learn by rote, which imprisons students' thinking, stifles their spirituality and makes them lose the life color of dare to think, dare to say, dare to do, dare to argue and dare to ask. The new curriculum concept requires teachers to be the guides, organizers and participants of students' classroom learning. Of course, under the premise of highlighting students' dominant position, the leading role of teachers must not be ignored. Teachers and students should guide students to actively explore learning in an equal and harmonious learning atmosphere under the guidance of teachers. Reforming the traditional full-house irrigation can't replace asking questions to the full house. Teachers should inspire, induce and ask questions while guiding students to think positively, dare to ask questions and dare to question, so as to cultivate students' problem consciousness and innovative spirit. For students, classroom teaching is a process of self-discovery, self-exploration and continuous discovery under the guidance of teachers. Therefore, classroom teaching should actively guide students to realize the change of learning style, from passive acceptance to independent discovery and dare to explore, encourage students to express different views and opinions, allow students to make different interpretations, and advocate students to create reading. On this basis, the goal of cultivating students' innovative spirit and ability is realized. This is the new curriculum reform that advocates autonomy, cooperation and inquiry. Classroom teaching reform, more importantly, is the reform of students' learning attitude and learning methods. The traditional lecture hall full of teachers and the heavy and repetitive homework burden stifle students' interest in learning and form the habit of students being lazy to think, think, talk and do things. Many of our students don't preview before class, or even preview, and have no problem consciousness. In class, when Mr. Kan Kan talks about the lecture, they can only listen, memorize and even fall asleep. Most students can't discuss, learn cooperatively and dare not question and ask questions. In fact, teachers generally don't give students opportunities to discuss and ask questions. Practically speaking, too many of our students lack the autonomy of preview before class, the initiative of thinking and asking questions actively in class, the planning of learning, the study habits of positive reflection and correction after class, and the determination and perseverance of diligent study. Our repeated emphasis on study plans, typical problem sets and correcting books is empty talk to many students. Undeniably, there are many excellent students under the bondage of traditional teaching mode and exam-oriented education system. However, by careful comparison, these students' excellent grades are not only achieved by the teachers' good lectures, but more importantly, these students have good habits of independent study, active study and hard study. Some scholars believe that the outstanding achievements of these so-called outstanding students are only the result of hard study and rote memorization. Behind the outstanding achievements is that our students dare not ask questions, dare not ask questions, and dare not challenge authority. This is the harm brought by formatted education and the sorrow of education. Professor Xiao Chuan, a famous scholar, once denounced the failure of school education because we did not encourage people to think freely and explore independently, and neglected the cultivation of rational spirit, especially critical spirit and skeptical spirit. Many experts are calling for questioning why we have never been awarded the Nobel Prize. Are we not wise? Are we not diligent and diligent enough? Why do China scholars, who are also the pulse of the Chinese nation, receive foreign education but win Nobel Prizes repeatedly? We have to consider: is there really something wrong with the environment provided for children in the critical period of cultivating innovative talents in our basic education? This does not mean that the Nobel Prize is so sacred, but it at least reflects one aspect of people's quality, which does not mean that our basic education is useless. There are indeed many advantages and advantages. However, if there is any defect, it is insufficient attention to the cultivation of questioning and inquiry ability and its related qualities. The reform we advocate is by no means a total denial of traditional teaching methods. We should admit that we do have many teachers who give good and wonderful lectures. The key is how to guide our students to learn to study, actively study, actively question, actively think and actively innovate on the premise of speaking well and accurately. How to turn speaking well into less but better, grasp the key points and confusing places, and give students as many opportunities to ask questions and time for innovative thinking as possible in class. Let students learn well and move brilliantly, it is better to speak well and speak brilliantly. In short, we implement the new curriculum reform, advocate classroom reform, reform teaching materials, reform teachers' concepts, reform teaching methods, and more importantly, change students' learning attitudes and methods. The textbooks are new, the concepts are new, the methods are new, the students' learning attitudes and methods remain unchanged, and students are not diligent, hardworking, active and independent. All reforms are empty talk. The change of students' learning attitude and learning methods requires teachers to encourage and stimulate students' learning enthusiasm, mobilize students' learning enthusiasm, guide students to actively explore, think, question, discuss and develop, and really make students move, so as to achieve the purpose of letting students learn knowledge and learn to learn.
