According to the above responsibilities, Dazhu County Education Bureau has 8 internal organs:

(1) office

Comprehensively coordinate and handle important government and agency affairs, be responsible for document operation management, be responsible for organization and agreement of important meetings, supervise matters assigned by leaders of higher departments and bureaus, be responsible for messages, messages, confidentiality, documents and archives work of institutions, guide the management of documents and archives in the education system, be responsible for government information and performance management of institutions, be responsible for logistics management of institutions, and take the lead in handling proposals of NPC deputies and CPPCC members. Responsible for the research on the education reform and development in the county, undertake the policy research on major issues, and study the comprehensive reform of the education system and school-running system; Responsible for the legal system construction of education and administration according to law, and responsible for the legal publicity and education and education law enforcement of the education system; To formulate local policies and normative documents on education and supervise their implementation; Responsible for promoting the openness of government affairs and school affairs in the education system; Overall coordination and centralized management of running schools by social forces; To guide the work of educational societies, associations and other educational organizations; Responsible for the investigation and handling of legal problems in schools, and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of schools and teachers and students according to law; Take the lead in managing private schools; Responsible for the related work of teacher qualification identification; To undertake matters related to administrative examination and approval.

Draw up the county education development plan; Co-ordinate the preparation of annual enrollment plans for ordinary primary and secondary schools and secondary vocational schools, and organize their implementation; Responsible for the planning, layout and structural adjustment of schools in the county; Overall management of county-level education funds, special education funds and education funds; Participate in the formulation of policies and measures to raise education funds, education grants, education investment and related funds; To guide and supervise the collection and use of education funds; To guide, supervise and manage the financial management, logistics management, infrastructure management and student financial assistance management of schools in the county; To guide the implementation of foreign educational aid, educational loans and educational cooperation projects; Responsible for the financial budget, final accounts, supervision and management of schools and institutions directly under the county; Coordinate relevant stock offices to supervise and manage the state-owned assets of schools and institutions directly under the county; Prepare and approve the infrastructure investment plans of schools and institutions directly under the county, and guide the construction of school infrastructure projects; Supervise and manage the county-wide education fees; Responsible for the statistical analysis of the county's basic education information, the development and construction of information systems and the statistics of the county's education funds; Responsible for organizing the inspection, appraisal and reconstruction of dangerous buildings in schools and handling school safety problems caused by natural disasters; Responsible for the financial and asset management of the organization.

(iv) Basic Education Unit

Undertake the macro-management of basic education in the county, be responsible for promoting the balanced development of compulsory education and ensuring all kinds of students to receive compulsory education equally; Participate in the comprehensive reform of the basic education system and guide the teaching reform of basic education; Guide the county's general high school education, moral education in primary and secondary schools, preschool education, special education and information technology education, safety education, labor technology education and popular science education; To guide social forces in the county to organize basic education and teaching in various schools and educational institutions; Responsible for the management of teaching books in basic education schools and the construction of local teaching materials; Responsible for the enrollment of ordinary primary and secondary schools (children); Responsible for the management of students' status in ordinary middle and primary schools; To supervise and inspect the implementation of relevant laws and regulations by the education administrative departments and primary and secondary schools; Responsible for guiding and evaluating the education and teaching of primary and secondary schools and kindergartens in the county; To undertake the specific work of the county language working committee; Responsible for the education system to care for the next generation; Responsible for school physical education, health and art education; Responsible for school health and epidemic prevention, food hygiene, safety of student activities, etc. ; Responsible for the construction of campus environment. Lead the management of primary and secondary schools, kindergartens and special education schools directly under the Education Bureau.

(v) Vocational and Adult Education Unit

Overall management of general and adult secondary vocational education and technical education in the county; Formulate the development plan of secondary vocational education and organize its implementation; Guide the curriculum and textbook selection of secondary vocational schools; To guide the moral education, student training, teaching reform, textbook construction, training base construction, teacher training and student financial assistance in secondary vocational schools; Responsible for the management of secondary vocational schools; Guide the employment of secondary vocational school graduates; Guide the comprehensive reform of vocational education in the county; Guide social forces to organize vocational education, education and teaching in various schools and educational institutions; Guide the ideological and moral construction of vocational school students; To undertake the guidance and implementation of adult education and eliminating illiteracy among young and middle-aged people; Leading the management of vocational education schools in the county.

(6) Personnel teacher training unit

(7) Safety Letters and Calls Office (Office of Free Secondary Vocational Education in Ethnic Areas)

To implement the laws and regulations on safety work; Formulate normative documents on local school safety management, formulate long-term and annual plans for school safety work, and formulate important systems for school safety work; Supervise and inspect the school safety work in the county; Organize and guide school safety publicity, education and training; Organize and coordinate the handling of major safety accidents in schools, and guide and supervise the handling of general accidents; Participate in the emergency work of other public emergencies; Responsible for the comprehensive management of organs and education system. To implement the laws, regulations and policies of the party and the state on the work of letters and visits; Study and analyze the situation of education letters and visits in the county; Responsible for receiving and handling letters and visits from the masses; Supervise and supervise major petition cases; Handle group emergencies together; Guide and inspect the petition work of the county education system. (viii) Internal Audit Unit

Responsible for standardizing the financial expenditure behavior of each budget unit in the education system, and managing and supervising the financial payment process of each budget unit in the system. Responsible for organizing the internal audit of the county education system.
