Distance education and training for professional and technical personnel in Taizhou includes three courses: intellectual property protection and management practice, development and prospect of science and technology in the new century, and mental health of professional and technical personnel. Professional and technical personnel who have not completed the training and study of relevant courses in that year need to participate in the training of two courses in the next year and pass the examination. Public subjects are compulsory courses for training and studying continuing education of professional and technical personnel, and each course is 25 hours. Professional and technical personnel need to complete a subject study every year. Those who have not completed the training and study of relevant courses in that year, the continuing education certificate of professional and technical personnel shall not be inspected annually, and the annual assessment shall not be rated as excellent, and shall not be graded, declared, promoted, registered with professional and technical qualifications and appointed with professional and technical positions.
