Hohai University is a double-class school. The school has grown in the process of harnessing water and rejuvenating the country, and is known as "the cradle of cultivating high-level innovative and entrepreneurial talents in water conservancy and an important base for scientific and technological innovation in water conservancy". The school has Xikang Road Campus, Jiangning Campus and Changzhou Campus in Nanjing and Changzhou, covering an area of 2,462 mu.
