The evaluation plan strives to reflect the national education policy, the basic requirements of teaching work and personnel training in colleges and universities, the basic laws of teaching work in colleges and universities and the trend and development direction of teaching reform in higher education at this stage, with special emphasis on "three conformity degrees" and encouraging schools to set out from reality and run their own characteristics.
