Survival ability education is not only the transmission and recitation of existing skills, but more importantly, it is to cultivate teachers and students' social communication ability, the ability to analyze and solve problems in critical situations, and be diligent in training, so that correct crisis handling methods and survival skills become instinct. This paper will discuss how to strengthen the survival ability education of school teachers and students from four aspects: strengthening the school safety force, issuing the Campus Safety Law, establishing the safety buffer zone and strengthening the safety monitoring.

It is both necessary and urgent to strengthen school security forces and improve the professional quality of school security personnel. We can also learn from foreign experience, introduce the "Campus Safety Law", and do a good job in legal protection; Set up "campus police", equipped with police tools and equipment, and give the campus police quasi-law enforcement power within the school and in certain surrounding areas, so that they will not worry about gangsters and cannot stop the harm in time and effectively.

Establish a security buffer

Set up public security sentry box and alarm points around the campus with complicated public security situation, and strengthen patrol. It is forbidden for all industries that endanger students' physical and mental health to settle here, such as various cultural and entertainment venues, song and dance halls, video halls, internet cafes, etc. Around the campus, in order to purify the surrounding environment and form a safety isolation zone.

Strengthen safety monitoring

Improve the hardware facilities, put an end to the safety dead angle, establish an emergency mechanism, put the responsibility on people and set up an emergency rescue team. When a dangerous situation occurs, it must be properly handled, and the support and assistance of relevant authorities and responsible departments should be requested actively. At the same time, we must do a good job in the aftermath, for example, psychological counseling for victims.
