The 15th National Congress of the Communist Party of China made a major decision to govern the country according to law and build a socialist country ruled by law. To realize this basic strategy, the most important way and the most fundamental requirement for the people's police is fair and honest law enforcement. Fair and honest law enforcement is the fundamental requirement of the socialist legal system, the core and soul of the legal supervision of the people's police, and the general expectation of the people. Through the study of the special rectification activities of "fair and honest law enforcement activities", I feel deeply and have three profound experiences:

(a) the core of standardizing law enforcement and seeking truth from facts in judicial activities is to adhere to the important principles of taking facts as the basis and taking law as the criterion. Insisting on seeking truth from facts is the concentrated expression of the party's ideological line of seeking truth from facts in judicial work and the core of the people's police's law enforcement thought. Connecting with the actual work, in order to truly establish the law enforcement consciousness and spirit of seeking truth from facts, we must run through the whole process of judicial activities and pursue substantive justice and procedural justice. Adhering to the concept of seeking truth from facts in work also embodies image justice. The establishment of a fair image is reflected in the quality, cultivation, civilization and appearance of every people's police in law enforcement.

(two) standardize law enforcement behavior, handling cases according to law is the key to fair law enforcement.

Standardizing law enforcement and strictly enforcing the law are the main means for the people's police to perform their legal supervision duties and safeguard judicial justice. Strict law enforcement must be clear and persistent: first, no matter who they are, they must act according to law, and no matter how powerful they are, those who violate the law will be prosecuted; Second, whoever commits a crime should be dealt with according to the same legal standards; Third, no matter what power must be exercised according to law, it must be bound by law. Under no circumstances can it replace the provisions of the law, interfere with the implementation of the law, and hinder the implementation of the law. We should focus on the overall situation, highlight key points, further intensify efforts to investigate and deal with crimes such as corruption, bribery and dereliction of duty, severely crack down on criminal activities that undermine the order of the socialist market economy and endanger national economic security, resolutely crack down on organized crimes, violent crimes and multiple crimes that endanger social security, and strengthen legal supervision over litigation.

(3) Strengthening team building is the basis for standardizing law enforcement and promoting justice in law enforcement.

To strengthen team building, education is the foundation. We must optimize the people's police's awareness of fair law enforcement and solve the problem of who represents interests, who enforces the law and who serves ideologically. Firmly establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values. Adhere to the purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly, consciously resist the influence and erosion of all kinds of unhealthy trends and corruption, build a solid ideological and moral defense line ideologically, do not abuse power for personal gain, abuse power for personal gain, and consciously enforce the law honestly. Strengthen team building, the system is the guarantee. We should pay attention to the system construction, manage affairs with the system and manage people with the system. The first is to establish a unified system of law enforcement norms. The second is to establish a unified supervision system. Supervision is the key to strengthening team building. Without supervision, power will inevitably lead to corruption. To eliminate judicial corruption and ensure fair law enforcement, we must strengthen internal constraints and external supervision. Establish a complete operating mechanism of open competition and survival of the fittest. The implementation of competition for posts, job rotation, two-way selection, hierarchical employment, communication and comprehensive evaluation system, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of police officers, to ensure fair law enforcement. Strengthen socialist democratic politics and raise people's awareness of being masters of their own affairs. It is the need of fair and honest law enforcement and the objective requirement of judicial justice to strengthen the legal consciousness and legal concept of the whole people and form a social fashion that everyone knows the law, abides by the law and consciously uses the law.
