(6) The engineering transport vehicles required for construction are owned or leased by the contractor. The contractor shall ensure that drivers can carry out regular maintenance on vehicles, and vehicles transporting equipment and materials should consider the transportation route, so as to observe traffic rules and pay attention to construction safety during transportation without any mistakes. The vehicles rented by the contractor for the project construction must be legal, complete in procedures and used in strict accordance with safety regulations.

Article 12 In case of violation of Article 6, Article 12 and Article 13 of this Agreement, Party A shall require Party B to make corrections, and Party B shall pay Party A a penalty of 1 1,000 yuan but not more than 5,000 yuan.
