The first step is to study the professional catalogue of enrollment plan of colleges and universities in Xinjiang.

When a candidate logs in to the online volunteer system for the first time or is initialized by the administrator, the system will force him to enter the password modification page and request to modify the initial password. Click the "Modify Password" button to modify the password. After successfully changing the password, you can begin to fill in your volunteers. Candidates should keep their passwords safe. If they forget the password, they should contact the registry administrator to apply for an initialization password. The password initialization operation does not affect the volunteer information filled in or modified by candidates before, but only initializes the password.

Step 4: Download and fill in the voluntary pre-fill form.

Candidates should fill in the volunteer pre-fill form before filling in their volunteers online, draw up their volunteers to submit for examination and approval according to their college entrance examination scores and their own conditions, fill in the volunteer pre-fill form, and then fill in online according to the contents of the volunteer pre-fill form, so as to reduce the number of online thinking and repeated revisions and reduce the possibility of mistakes. Voluntary pre-filled forms can be downloaded and printed from the "Help and Data Download" menu of the system.

The fifth step is to read the candidates' instructions.

After entering the online volunteering system, candidates should carefully read the Instructions for Online Volunteer Candidates, understand the operation process and related requirements, and then proceed to the next step.

The sixth step is to fill in the report online according to the process.

Step 7: Fill in, check, modify and save your wishes.

Click the "Fill in and Modify Volunteer" button on the webpage, and then select the batch to be filled in to enter the filling page.

For example, you are going to fill in a batch of undergraduate volunteers.

(1) Click "Undergraduate Group" on the left side of the page, and the column "Undergraduate Group" will appear on the screen. According to the completed volunteer pre-fill form, fill in the organization code and professional code in the corresponding position.

② After all the volunteers in this batch are filled in, click "Next" to display the college code and professional code you filled in, as well as the corresponding college name and professional name.

Please read the prompt information on the screen carefully and carefully verify whether the displayed school and major are what you want to fill in. If not, the code of the institution or major is wrong. If the college code or major code entered exceeds the limit of enrollment plan type, discipline or batch, a red prompt will be displayed in the corresponding position: "Invalid Volunteer" or "Invalid Major". Candidates should revise and correct it to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of your volunteering.

If you need to modify or supplement your volunteering, click "Back" to return to the volunteering page.

③ Click "Save and Submit" button to save the volunteer information of this batch to the system after completing the voluntary reporting and investigation of this batch.

Repeat the above steps, you can continue to fill in other batches of volunteers until all the batches to be filled in have been filled in.

It should be noted that after completing each batch of volunteering, you must click the "Save and Submit" button. Only by clicking the "Save and Submit" button will the volunteer information be saved in the online newspaper system; Otherwise, the volunteer information cannot be saved, which is equivalent to not filling in this batch of volunteers.

Step 8: Inquire about volunteers.

After all the batches of volunteers to be filled in are completed, click the "Query Volunteer" button to view and check the volunteer information that has been filled in, or click the "Candidates Keep Volunteer Print" button to print out the volunteers for checking.

Step 9: Exit the system. Please click the "Safe Exit" menu to exit the system. It is forbidden to close the browser directly.

After all the volunteers need to be filled in and checked correctly, please click the "Safe Exit" button to exit the online volunteering system, close the browser page for volunteering and close the browser at the same time. If you don't click the "Safe Exit" button, others may be able to view and modify your wishes on the computer.
