According to the State Council Academic Degrees Committee Office (hereinafter referred to as "the State Council Academic Degrees Office"), Notice of the State Council Academic Degrees Office on Recruiting On-the-job Personnel to Study for Master's Degrees in 20 15 (Academic Degrees Office [2065438+05] No.20) and Academic Degrees and Postgraduate Education Development Center of Ministry of Education (hereinafter referred to as "Academic Degrees Center of Ministry of Education"). According to the spirit of "Notice on On-the-job Personnel Participating in the Registration of National Postgraduate Entrance Examination in 20 15" (No.73 of Degree Center [20 15]), the relevant matters concerning on-the-job personnel participating in the National Postgraduate Entrance Examination in 2015 are hereby notified as follows:

I. Categories of On-the-job Master's Degree Students

Including law, education, physical education, engineering, agronomy, veterinary medicine, landscape architecture, public health, military, business administration, public administration, accounting, master of arts, etc. 13 professional degree categories, as well as master of engineering in the software engineering field of model software colleges, vocational school teachers studying for master's degrees and executive master of business administration (EMBA).

Second, the examination time and arrangement

20 15 national entrance examination was held on 15125 October. See Annex 5 for the examination subjects and schedule of each master's degree category.

Third, the enrollment quota.

(1) See Annex 1 for the number of places for on-the-job staff of each enrollment unit to study for a master's degree.

(II) See Annex 2 for the enrollment quota of vocational school teachers enrolled by each enrollment unit for on-the-job master's degree.

Four. Registration work and requirements

(1) application conditions

See Annex 3 for the category and code of on-the-job master's degree candidates, the outline of the national joint entrance examination, and Annex 4 for specific requirements such as application conditions and examination subjects.

(2) Online registration and on-site confirmation

20 15 year national entrance examination for professional degrees adopts the way of nationwide unified online registration and on-site confirmation in each examination area.

From June 23rd to July 1 1, candidates can log on to China Academic Degree and Postgraduate Education Information Network (website:), log on to the information platform of on-the-job employees studying for master's degree, register, submit registration information, pay the registration examination fee online, and generate and print the registration form of on-the-job employees studying for master's degree for 20 15 years. When submitting the registration information, candidates must upload their recent electronic photos (see Annex 6 for specific requirements). The admissions unit shall, within 24 hours after the photo is uploaded, review the electronic photos uploaded by the candidates in the information platform in accordance with the prescribed standards. When the photos are reviewed, the information platform will automatically send text messages and emails to candidates who fail the photo review, informing them to upload again. Candidates whose photos have not been audited or failed to pass the audit cannot make on-site confirmation.

The on-site confirmation time of Xinjiang test area is from July 12 to June 15, morning 10: 00- 13: 00, afternoon 15: 00- 18: 00 (. Graduate School of Xinjiang University (No.666 Shengli Road, Urumqi, headquarters of Xinjiang University); 2. International Education Building of Xinjiang Normal University (No.1 Xinyi Road 102, headquarters of Xinjiang Normal University (Kunlun Campus)). Candidates who have successfully paid online fees and passed the photo review must hold the second-generation resident ID card (Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan ID card, overseas Chinese ID card or foreign passport), the highest academic qualification that I meet the registration conditions, the original academic certificate, and the registration form (sample form) to the on-site confirmation point selected by the online newspaper to verify and confirm the registration information. Once the registration information is signed and confirmed by the candidates, it cannot be changed. See Annex 8 for the registration flow chart.

Candidates should complete online registration and on-site confirmation within the prescribed time limit, and will not be processed after the deadline. If you only complete the online registration but fail to go through the on-site confirmation procedures within the specified time, this registration will be invalid at your own risk.

(three) the registration certificate requirements and forecast name

Citizens living in People's Republic of China (PRC) (China) (including servicemen and people's armed police) must register with the second-generation resident ID cards, while others must register with Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan resident ID cards, overseas Chinese ID cards or foreign passports.

Candidates who are unable to produce the above-mentioned valid identity documents at the time of on-site confirmation due to lost or incomplete documents should choose "temporarily unable" when registering online. Upon on-site confirmation, it is necessary to sign the commitment letter of the forecast name (see Annex 9) and go to Room 303, Degree Office of the Education Department of the Autonomous Region (No.229 Shengli Road, Urumqi) at 5438+00 on June 9 to modify the information. If the promise is not fulfilled by then, the admission ticket will not be downloaded. This registration is invalid at your own risk.

(4) Download the admission ticket

From 10 and 15, candidates can log on to the information platform to download the admission ticket for the national professional degree entrance examination for 20 15 years.

After the results of the national examination are released, the candidates who meet the re-examination requirements of the enrollment unit log on to the information platform and download the Qualification Examination Form for 20 15-year On-the-job Master's Degree Students (see annex 1 1), and the personnel department (or file management department) of the unit where they work will fill in the recommendation opinions and affix the official seal; Submit this form together with the highest academic qualifications and degree certificates that meet the requirements for registration to the graduate school (department or department) of the enrollment unit for qualification examination. The specific time and method of qualification examination shall be determined by the admissions unit.

Those who do not meet the requirements of registration review, provide false information or have incorrect registration information, and are not accepted by the admissions unit, the responsibility shall be borne by the candidates themselves.

Other matters of intransitive verbs

(1) According to the spirit of the Notice of the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Finance on Reducing Some Fees (NDRC Price [2004] No.2839), the national entrance examination for professional degrees in 20 15 years is charged according to the 80 yuan standard for each person and subject. Please refer to Annex 10 for the fee standards for registration examinations of various degree categories.

(2) From 2065438+06, the State Council Academic Degrees Office will no longer organize on-the-job staff to participate in the national entrance examination for postgraduate students. The enrollment of on-the-job personnel studying for master's degree will be included in the national enrollment plan and the national unified entrance examination for master's degree in the form of part-time postgraduate education.

(3) All enrollment units and candidates must fill in the information accurately, and the relevant information collected through the information platform will serve as an important basis for enrollment, degree awarding, education evaluation and degree certification.
