To improve the food safety literacy of the whole people, "starting with dolls" will get twice the result with half the effort. First of all, primary and secondary school students are in the golden age of accepting knowledge and cultivating habits. When they develop good eating habits early in life, they will be taught for a period of time and benefit for life. Secondly, food safety education in the classroom can directly reduce the occurrence of food safety incidents among primary and secondary school students. Thirdly, a child can often influence a family, and children's food safety literacy can subtly influence the family's food safety cognition.
