Is positivism pedagogy the same as real pedagogy?
It's different. Positivism pedagogy opposes speculation and advocates science. It only describes and records empirical facts, and puts forward that the task of education is to prepare for a full life. It is two independent disciplines from real pedagogy, and they are different. Practical pedagogy is a common secondary education system in modern Europe and America. Contrary to classical education, it takes mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, geography and other practical subjects as its main teaching subjects and practical knowledge as its main teaching content.
