Jing 'an Xipu Xinhui Experimental School in Doumen District of Zhuhai City is a nine-year private school founded by Hong Kong Xinhui International Education Group with the approval of Doumen District Education Bureau of Zhuhai City. Its predecessor was Jing 'an Xinhui School. In 2004, Hong Kong Xinhui International Education Group invested 8 million yuan to expand the original Huang Yang Primary School. In 2006, with the economic development of Doumen District and the increase of floating population, Xinhui Education Group cooperated with Jing 'an Town Government to run a school. After integrating the small resources of Xipu, Huangjin and Caobian villages, Xinwei Group invested 50 million yuan to build it.
