As for the sentence "cancel the exam and enter the school nearby", the author thinks that "exam-oriented education" can not be completely denied, but should be divided into two and treated fairly. Of course, it is impossible to blindly carry out "exam-oriented education" without seeking ability training. However, a sudden U-turn of 180 degrees completely negates the past practice, and it is not comprehensive not to take the exam. As we all know, we can't blindly rush into anything. At present, the education situation is still in the process of "exam-oriented education" taking the leading position and gradually changing to quality education. There is a connection between them. There are naturally reasons for the exam-oriented education that has continued to this day. We should correctly understand its "advantages" and "excesses", which are dialectical unity with "quality education". First of all, exam-oriented education has caused one-sided development of talents, which is "excessive". It values scores and pursues the enrollment rate unilaterally. Students study for grades and teachers teach for grades. They are just "heroes of grades". In classroom teaching, rote memorization, overtime after class, mechanical repetitive training, and sea tactics. Not only the teachers are tired to death, but more seriously, it increases the burden on students. It causes students to "read dead books, read dead books", can't remember flexibly, and can't integrate. Although the test score is high, the practical operation ability is low. For underachievers, seeing them is particularly nerve-racking! Especially those students who persist in teaching, teachers have no clever way to take them, and often become forgotten corners. Secondly, exam-oriented education is an important means to select talents, which has "merits". So far, talents are still being selected through "trial" at home and abroad. Besides, I haven't found a better way! At least for the time being, this is also a means of fair competition in selecting talents in China. If the exam is cancelled immediately, there will be more unfairness. Even though the "3+2" and "3+x" exams implemented in the college entrance examination are developing towards quality education, they are still exam-oriented education at present. I believe that at this stage, even the so-called authoritative experts dare not say that they have found the ideal education and education examination methods, and all of them will be abandoned immediately. Some people may say that exam-oriented education is the end of the road and has no promise. It's really time to update. But we will also say that the birth of any new thing is conceived in the old things, and they are interrelated. We should "get rid of its dross, take its essence and release its China", instead of completely denying "taking the exam", we should let them connect harmoniously and make a smooth transition. It can only be said that "quality education" is still being explored, and only by continuous improvement ... Third, we must correctly handle the relationship between "exam-oriented education" and "quality education". It is true that if the barriers of exam-oriented education are not fundamentally destroyed, quality education will not be implemented and in-depth education and teaching reform will not be carried out. In fact, quality education includes many aspects, including not only students' physical and mental abilities, but also cultivating students' ability to acquire, master and process information on their own initiative, as well as the ability of this kind of examination. In teaching, teachers should stick to the syllabus and seek the comprehensiveness of talent training by optimizing classroom teaching objectives; Optimize the content of classroom teaching and seek the scientific nature of imparting knowledge; Optimize the classroom teaching structure and seek the rationality of teaching methods. Really carefully organize classroom teaching, actively improve teaching methods, strive to improve teaching efficiency, and let students acquire rich cultural knowledge. At the same time, in preparing for the exam, let students gain the competitive ability to adapt to the country's choice of talents. Let them form a healthy physical and mental quality, improve the agility of thinking, and examine questions accurately. Answer the question. Play the best level and get the best results. This is also one of the manifestations of talent quality. Therefore, don't totally deny "exam-oriented education" and don't "talk about exam-oriented education". I have taught several students, and the primary school implements "cancel the exam and enter the school nearby". Many items filled in the file were rated as "excellent". In order to test their "excellent" level, I specially conducted a thorough test in my class, including voice, figure and beauty. The results show that there are very few students who really meet the "excellent", and most of them are at the lower and middle level. There are even students who are "excellent" in Chinese. They graduated from primary school and went to middle school! Is this also called improving quality? At the very least, this is also a manifestation of low cultural quality. In fact, we can try to reform the teaching methods, teaching means, examination methods and examination contents at different levels and gradually improve them. But we can't go to two extremes: either we all affirm "exam-oriented education" or we all deny it. "Examination-oriented education" not only violates the theory of dialectics, but also does not conform to the law of the development of things. However, the transformation from exam-oriented education to quality education should be the inevitable trend of educational development. Teachers should transport talents with comprehensive ability and quality for the country!
