Xinji No.1 Middle School takes the first 554 exam and the second 534 exam.

Xinji No.1 Middle School, formerly known as Shulu County Middle School, was founded in September of 195 1. Suspended during the Cultural Revolution, 1983 resumed. It is a demonstration school of moral education teaching in Hebei Province and Shijiazhuang City.

1986 was named as the key middle school in Hebei Province by the Education Department of Hebei Province, the first batch of national pilot schools for training sports reserve talents by the Ministry of Education and the State Sports Commission the following year, and 1988 was named as the provincial demonstration high school by the Education Department of Hebei Province.
