Then the second chapter describes the research process of 15 New Basic Education in detail. In the research, everyone's development and growth, cooperation and communication become the research objectives. The above is my superficial summary after reading it. There may be many inappropriate places, but they are all my real thoughts expressed after repeated deliberation and thinking. Although my reading comprehension of professional books is limited, I still want to record my simple reading feelings in combination with what I can read.
In Professor Ye Lan's personal thought notes, the four stages of the research on "new basic education" are expounded in four parts: origin, initial conception, planning and exploration, constant renewal, extension and development, and the formation of two peaks. Show readers the prophase, development and achievements of the whole research one by one, and I deeply understand the following points from reading:
First, the research of rooting.
Before reading this book, I had read two series of pedagogical studies on New Basic Education and Life and Practice by Professor Li Ka-shing, but I didn't really know what "New Basic Education" was and I was not familiar with this study. Through reading this book, I gradually found that I have been studying and practicing the results of this research for four years under the guidance and guidance of Professor Li, and I have been slowly understanding the true meaning of education. "Education is the most precious and abundant life in the world. It is a cause that needs to be ignited by the fire of people's own lives and transformed into the life growth of more people. It is a career full of life light and heat. " This is Professor Ye Lan's explanation of education. Just as her research always aims at influencing people's physical and mental development and promoting people's life growth. Professor Ye Lan refreshed my understanding of the relationship between "theory" and "practice" in his article. In my mind, I always think that the learned theory is used to guide practice, and practice is used to test theory. But how many people can't really integrate the two. Professor Ye Lan clearly pointed out that the research path of "new basic education" is to transform educational theory and practice, and put forward the "interactive mode and value hierarchy theory" between them. "Theoretical workers should understand and contact practice; Practitioners should apply what they have learned, and they should think independently and change their behavior to form their own internal theory and practice. The research of "new basic education" is to let theoretical workers take root in the soil of practice to do research. In the communication between Professor Ye Lan and experimental schools, including the cooperation with educational administration leaders, principals and teachers, we can deeply feel the hardship, rigor and happiness of doing a research in every incident described. In the morning, I plunged into the classroom to listen to the class, and in the afternoon, I went to the school infirmary to continue the discussion. There was no venue, so that the leaders and teachers who participated in the experimental school always felt that the researchers were United with them. How can such a real study not be deeply rooted in the hearts of the people? ?
Second, the "new basic education" classroom research
I remember that after writing the first article of this book, I mentioned classroom teaching, and I put it forward again here because I have some new insights. As a teacher, the classroom is the main position of teaching and educating people, and everyone pays more attention to this aspect. The observation points of "new basic education" research on classroom teaching are mainly the living conditions of teachers and students, teachers' teaching behavior and students' learning behavior, and the pursuit of real classroom. For example: the independent development of students, the type, form, content, level and effect of teacher-student interaction. Classroom is shared by teachers and students, and it is necessary to change everyone's living conditions, rather than the teacher having the final say. The change of teachers will be the decisive factor affecting students, so the success of education reform depends on the change of millions of teachers. In class, teachers talk nonsense and students listen listlessly, which will only kill each other's time. How to change it? In addition to teachers' own learning and exploration, they also need the guidance and help of professionals. Looking back on my teaching career in the past twenty years, I feel that I can't attend classes more and more in the tide of educational reform, and there are always many problems lingering in my mind. I am still very lucky to think of this. Through the guidance of Professor Li and Professor Lin, as well as some magazine editors, university graduate students and doctoral students, the theoretical knowledge has been enriched and the practical ability has been improved.
Third, pay attention to the life growth of all people.
In Professor Ye Lan's memory, everyone involved in the research has changed, and they have all experienced the growth of life on the original basis. The research of "new basic education" involves education administrators, school administrators, ordinary teachers, students in all classes and professional researchers in various regions. In the process of participating in the research, everyone exerts light and heat, persists in the persistent pursuit of education, gains inner "consciousness" and realizes their own life value. "Face the reality calmly, pursue the ideal persistently, put into practice practically, solve problems intelligently, constantly improve consciousness and strive to give back to the society." This is the greatest help and promotion of the research on "New Basic Education" to Professor Ye Lan. I don't think other participants will forget this research, which will become a unique wealth of everyone's spiritual world. How lucky a person is to meet such a group of like-minded people, understand each other, make progress together and pursue their dreams without reservation!
This personal thought note is the longest in this book, which contains many educational theories, some of which will be introduced in detail in later articles, and I look forward to reading it later. I should also try harder to understand the author's point of view.
