Pre-service training content for special post teachers
Pre-service training for special post teachers is mainly to train teachers' professional ethics and educational ideas, so that teachers can master basic teaching methods and knowledge, and at the same time be able to skillfully cooperate with and manage students. Counties (cities, districts) should arrange to hire special post teachers to participate in pre-job training for not less than one week, and qualify teachers according to state regulations before taking up their posts, so as to ensure that special post teachers are certified when they start school in autumn. The post of special post teacher shall be declared by the municipal (state) education administrative department to the Provincial Department of Education every year.
