There is a speech on peer education.
People are usually willing to listen to the opinions and suggestions of their peers and friends who are similar to their age, knowledge background and hobbies. This is especially true for teenagers. Therefore, class education can adopt the effective form of "peer education".

"Peer education" refers to an educational method with peers as the main object, which enables people with the same background or common language to share information, thoughts and behavioral skills together to achieve educational purposes.

Peer education needs targeted training for influential and appealing teenagers (peer educators) so that they can master certain knowledge and skills, and then they will spread their knowledge and skills to the surrounding teenagers, even to a wider range of teenagers, in order to achieve the purpose of education. The fundamental core of its acceptance by students is that it adopts a new educational model of face-to-face equal dialogue, exchange and communication among students, and pays attention to the closeness of educational activities to students, their lives and their reality.

First, the "peer education" human factors

(A) the need for scientific evaluation of moral education

Teachers should first evaluate students' moral education needs before making an orderly plan and careful preparation for moral education activities. Its principle is to reflect the leading role of the school as the main body of education in students' moral education, and to consider the actual growth needs of students themselves in order to achieve a harmonious and perfect unity.

When exploring the contents and methods of "peer education", firstly, we made a number of questionnaires according to the physiological characteristics of middle school students and the brand of social times, and sorted out and summarized the hot issues of high school students' most concerned, happiest, most painful, most longed for, most hated and most worried, which is the basis for us to establish the core of education. Secondly, we have carefully studied the key contents of school moral education in the new period, and selected the following topics on the basis of extensive discussion and research: life ideal education, values education, interpersonal communication education, sound personality education, healthy psychological education, love and gratitude education, etc.

(2) Operational control of planning

On the basis of scientific evaluation of students' moral education needs, it is also very important to make and operate the evaluation activity plan. If the idea of the activity is beautiful, but it lacks practical operability, it is tantamount to castles in the air. Through practice, we have summed up the following two points: First, give play to the leading role of teachers as moral education leaders. Class teachers should have moral education plans and goals every semester. If we do it at will, or streamline the arrangement, it will naturally lead to the randomness and blindness of the work, thus losing the systematicness and rigor of moral education. This kind of herding education is not desirable. Second, students' dominant position must be taken into account, and the setting of activity themes should take into account the current students' thinking level and understanding ability, especially to tap students' interest centers as much as possible. Only the activities that students are interested in can arouse their enthusiasm for participation.

Therefore, the so-called operability control should not only realize the leading role of teachers in moral education, but also give full consideration to students' subjective status and interest enthusiasm. This control not only prevents teachers from being rude, but also avoids students' arbitrariness and vulgarity.
