The situations in which editorial board teachers can be dismissed include: corporal punishment of students who refuse to change after education; Bad conduct, insulting students and having a bad influence; Deliberately failing to complete the task of education and teaching, causing losses to education and teaching. The Education Bureau has no right to dismiss teachers. The decision of the Education Bureau to expel you from public office is suspected of procedural violations. There is a subordinate relationship between you and your school, and between the school and the education department, but you are not directly subordinate to the education department, which means there is no direct subordinate and management relationship between you and the education department. Therefore, the government has no right to expel you unless it directly authorizes the education department to expel you. Because if it is authorized by the government, then the Education Bureau's dismissal of you from public office is entrusted by the government to implement the government's decision. Since the notification does not authorize the education department to expel you from public office, it is an invalid specific administrative act for the Natural Education Bureau to expel you for allegedly violating the law and exceeding the authority.
