3 responsible for summarizing and analyzing the financial situation, participating in the formulation of fiscal policy, monetary policy and land policy, and formulating and organizing the implementation of price policy. Comprehensively analyze the implementation effects of fiscal, monetary and land policies, and supervise and inspect the implementation of price policies. Responsible for organizing the formulation and adjustment of a few important commodity prices and important charging standards managed by the state, and investigating and dealing with price violations and price monopoly according to law. Be responsible for the total control, structural optimization and monitoring of full-caliber foreign debt, and promote the balance of international payments.
4. Undertake the responsibility of guiding, promoting and comprehensively coordinating economic system reform, study major issues of economic system reform and opening to the outside world, organize and formulate comprehensive economic system reform plans, coordinate relevant special economic system reform plans, do a good job in linking important special economic system reforms with relevant departments, and guide economic system reform pilots and reform pilot areas.
