Teachers are the main body of school education and an indispensable factor for school development. Therefore, in the third five-year plan of school development, we put forward the development goal of cultivating teachers' educational wisdom, regard teachers' professional development as an important part of educational culture, and implement the training plan layer by layer in the way of "ideal planning and rational promotion". We pay attention to the needs of teachers' education and life, open up the space for teachers' professional development, tap the potential of teachers' education, and at the same time, focus on implementing the "three promotion" work strategy.

First, strengthen the spiritual shaping of teachers.

Mr. Tao Xingzhi once pointed out: "Real education is an activity of mutual affinity. Only what comes from the heart can reach the deep heart. " The wisdom of education is mainly reflected in the caring orientation when teachers get along with students. Full of love for career and students is the great wisdom of teachers. Therefore, the education and enlightenment of love, the cultivation of teachers' spiritual fashion and personality charm are the basis for teachers to enjoy educational life. Therefore, schools not only care about teachers' professional needs, but also strive to improve teachers' material life in all aspects and care about guiding teachers' professional values. By inviting excellent teachers and education experts to give lectures on teachers' morality, the school makes teachers feel from the educational life of their predecessors that engaging in education is the choice of "root cause" and joining hands in education is dedication and sowing; By organizing teachers to study educational laws and regulations, we can understand the connotation of "teacher" and the social responsibility assumed by this title, and enhance everyone's sense of mission, dedication and responsibility; By organizing various dialogue activities between teachers, teachers and students, teachers and parents, teachers can understand that students worship teachers and parents trust them not only because of their profession, but also because of their wisdom and character. 2. Take the classroom as the main position to enhance teaching wisdom.

Classroom is the main position for teachers to perform their due duties, and cultivating teachers' teaching wisdom is the key to our work. Attach importance to students' needs, highlight teachers' design of students' learning activities, give full play to students' learning subjectivity, and fully mobilize students' enthusiasm for participating in research. According to the teaching concept of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, teachers should fully consider the differences of students' teaching presupposition and try their best to meet the learning needs of different students.

Implement teaching. First, organize academic leaders to attend campus demonstration classes. Third, strengthen the construction of teachers.

In school, teachers and teacher groups interact with each other. If teachers can make clear the complementary relationship between their own development and team building, make progress in cooperation with other teachers, develop in competition, rely on the team to develop themselves and promote team building through their own maturity, this is a valuable wisdom and the essence of a harmonious and progressive teacher culture in schools.

Step 3 exchange wisdom

To this end, the school has opened a teacher blog and set up an online education exchange platform to guide teachers to discuss educational examples together, inspire each other and brainstorm.
