The College of Adult Education of Zhejiang Shu Ren University is a secondary college for adult higher education and continuing education. The college is located in the school headquarters and shares teaching resources. Zhejiang Shu Ren University, founded in 1984, is a full-time ordinary private undergraduate college under the leadership of the board of directors, which is jointly headed by the Provincial Political Consultative Conference and the Provincial Department of Education. Selected as a member of the National New Engineering Research and Practice Project, Zhejiang Application-oriented Pilot Demonstration Construction School and CDIO Engineering Education Alliance.

There are 4 provincial experimental teaching demonstration centers, 2 provincial key demonstration centers, and provincial virtual simulation experimental teaching projects 10. Based on the strategic needs of interdisciplinary development, the school is accelerating the construction of interdisciplinary research institutes, "medical information" research and modern service industry bases.
