I. Overview of learning communities

Learning community is a grass-roots learning organization compiled according to certain teaching purposes, tasks and forms. Has the following characteristics:

(1) purpose. In order to complete the common learning task.

(2) systematic. The elements of the organization constitute a certain structural level.

(3) orderliness. The performance is as follows: first, the balance of group activities, the balance of power distribution and responsibility division. The second is the coordination of organizational activities, which requires frequent coordination of all aspects to keep the organization in an orderly state. The third is the procedural nature of organizational activities. Usually, activities form a certain format and accumulate a specific coping mode when dealing with accidental events.

(B) the nature of the learning community

1, behavior subjectivity. As a new educational system, members are not only the object of education, but also the main body of education and the internal driving force of educational reform.

2. The system is open. It is included in the whole system of social relations, has a distinct social tendency, and is an open system.

(C) the basic functions of the learning community

Establishing a learning community is an important way to meet the needs of learners' self-esteem and sense of belonging. In the learning community, learners feel that they belong to the same group as other learners, carry out common learning activities, abide by common rules, and have the same value orientation and preferences. In the sunset, the light is particularly soft and the colors are particularly beautiful. I studied fine arts at first, but later I changed my favorite Chinese language and literature major. The light in this picture and the little girl on the swing attracted me, reminding me that my father made me a swing when I was a child, and the children played together. Because it is also a natural scenery on the way, although I don't like this dangerous outdoor activity, I appreciate this kind of person. So I choose. Later, Sun Yaqi invited Mr. Shi Jiuyu. I saw his pictures were fresh and liked them very much, so I set up our group. Shi Jiuyu, introduce yourself first. I chose this picture, a girl, playing in the water between mountains and rivers, feeling particularly relaxed, comfortable and fresh. Our choices are natural, free and quiet. These three paintings are named exploration, swing and tranquility respectively. All three of us are majors in Chinese language and literature, and every choice in life reflects the inevitability behind it. )

9. Create a team
