What do you mean by finger movements?
Five finger activities refer to health activities, social activities, scientific activities, artistic activities and language activities. This concept was put forward by Chen Heqin, which means that the curriculum is holistic and coherent. According to children's physical and mental development, five-finger activities have formed an educational network in children's lives, which is systematically woven in children's lives.

There are two basic theoretical viewpoints in the five-finger activity course. The first viewpoint is "learning by doing". The author studied in the United States and was deeply influenced by American progressive educational thought. He opposed the traditional indoctrination teaching and advocated "learning by doing". The second view is "living education". This theoretical system includes three aspects, namely, the teleology of life education, the curriculum theory of life education and the methodology of life education.
