As we all know, compared with a few years ago, teachers' rights are decreasing bit by bit, while their corresponding obligations are being strengthened step by step, which on the one hand makes it very difficult for teachers to manage and educate students, and on the other hand greatly reduces teachers' enthusiasm for work. Parents' opinions are of course important, but because of their special status, there are inevitably many emotional factors in the suggestions, which hinder the education reform to some extent.
Third, pay attention to intellectual education and ignore moral education and political education. I believe all parents will ask, "How much is the Chinese exam?" After their children get the report card. How much is the math exam? ..... "However, few parents care about how their children's ideological and moral exams are, whether they help their classmates at school, and so on. You can blame this phenomenon on the needs of social development, but it also proves that schools and parents lack attention to children's moral quality education. This is a very serious problem. Our educational reform is not a revolution. Although most of the ancient educational thoughts have not adapted to the development of today's society, the ancient moral education is far superior to the modern one. Therefore, we should not blindly learn and copy the so-called advanced education system and teaching methods abroad, but should comprehensively develop and innovate the education policy suitable for China's national conditions on the basis of ancient education and advanced foreign education concepts. The students we train are not used as tools for scientific development, but talents with excellent quality, advanced thinking and excellent political literacy who can become qualified socialist successors. Not those selfish mediocrities who only care about everyone's enjoyment and ignore the national mission. Otherwise, the talents we have trained may go abroad for further study, or they may not be able to play their due role in promoting social development. Therefore, since the country has proposed to strengthen quality education, it should work hard on quality training instead of making a fuss about the so-called burden reduction.
Fourth, the level of teachers is uneven. The level mentioned here refers not only to the teaching level, but also to the personal quality level. Teacher, so preach and teach. Fifth, the school, as the guardian of students, ignores the psychological guidance and care for students.
