Daily working experience in kindergarten life
Give children a good routine, that is, start from every little thing around them, that is, start from small things and start from the basic requirements of daily life. The following is my "experience of routine work in kindergarten life". Welcome to reading.

Daily working experience in kindergarten life

Both the spirit of the new "Outline" and the "Guide to Preschool Education Management in XX Province (Trial)" point out that "every day is education and every day is a course." Next, I will talk about some practices in drinking water, eating and eating in our class.

First, drink more water and fall in love with it.

Water is the source of life. If people lack enough water, the whole body will be disordered, which will affect their health, especially the children in kindergarten. If drinking water is not timely and sufficient, it will lead to the decline of body resistance. In kindergarten, we often hear a saying that when we enter the park in the morning, some parents will repeatedly emphasize to us: "Teacher, please let my children drink more water." In fact, we often remind children to drink water, but how effective is this reminder? Through observation, children seldom drink water unless the teacher reminds them. If the teacher reminds me, some children just drink a mouthful of water to moisten their voices, just like completing a task; The other children took a full glass of water, only drank one or two glasses, and the rest were thrown away. So, did the children drink water in the kindergarten? Do you drink a lot of water? These related drinking water problems have become a common concern of many parents.

However, as children, they are not very interested in drinking water. No matter how much the teacher urged them, they just wouldn't listen. Some "smart children" bulge their bellies and lick their lips when we don't pay attention to drinking only a little water, making it difficult for our teachers to tell the truth from the false.

In this regard, I made the following attempts in drinking water:

1. teacher model law

During the day's activities, our teacher also needs to drink water, and the teacher's drinking behavior will indirectly affect the children. Therefore, teachers should set an example for children. Every time I come back from outdoor activities, I will pick up a water cup and drink it with my children. Drinking water with children, keeping a record of drinking water with children and seeing how many glasses of water the teacher drank will have a positive impact.

2. Environmental prompt method

Guide children to drink more water through the infiltration of classroom environment. There is a sticker next to the water cooler in our class, "Did your little cup smile?" This picture is to tell children to drink more water and drink a certain amount of water every day to make themselves better. Since the drinking area was set up in the class last semester, children began to drink fresh water very frequently, and put a straw into the cup after drinking a mouthful of water. In less than half a day, many children have drunk 8 glasses of water, 10 glass of water, and some even more. Although every time I tell my children how much a glass of water costs, they don't understand. Therefore, this semester, we made appropriate adjustments, and posted a schematic diagram of the amount of water received by the water dispenser, so that when children receive water, they can guide them to drink enough according to the position of the corresponding amount of water in the prompt diagram.

3. Record supervision law

Is to let children record the number and amount of water they drink every day. At first, we chose intubation records. After a period of trial, it is found that the effect is not obvious for some children who don't like drinking water, and children who don't like drinking water don't like playing with straws there. Later, we made adjustments. Now divide into groups, let the children in one group supervise each other and don't take the initiative to remind the children in their own group to drink water. There has also been a certain improvement in the record. We replaced the original straw with a new clip number.

Second, independent dining and diversified management.

Every day is an education. Kindergarten meals are an important link to promote children's development, an important educational content and an important way for children to develop good living habits.

In the past, when eating, most nurses or teachers or children on duty would give snacks to each child. After pouring milk and juice for the children, the children began to eat. Sometimes, in order to avoid the hidden waste of time, let the children who have been given meals eat first. This is basically what I did before. After studying the Guide to Education Management, I want to "educate all aspects of life". What kind of education can be infiltrated and implied by eating a meal? Later, I began to try:

1. Eat a big bag. If the food is packed in large packages, then when eating cookies, put a big plate on each table, and the team leader will divide the cookies into the big plate. Then, according to today's appetite, remind children to eat one piece and then take another, so that children can take it from the big plate independently. Under the teacher's reminder, many children eat one slice and then another. Individual children are always slow and eat cookies faster than before. Some capable children in the group will give cookies on their plates to the children in the group.

2. Choose to eat small packages. At present, meals are eaten together in several days. We will put individually packaged meals in different baskets according to their types, so that children can choose their own meals according to their own preferences.

Third, an orderly diet.

Children always forget to wash their hands before eating. Some children even said "teacher, I washed" after the teacher reminded them. Only when the teacher said that I wanted to check one by one, they didn't want to wash their hands. Later, we set the time for children to wash their hands before meals by playing music, so that children can wash their hands before meals, thus forming a good habit of washing their hands before meals.

There are bad habits such as picky eaters, partial eclipse, and playing while eating. In daily life, children often put some dishes they don't like into bowls that spit bones, and they don't want to admit the rice grains that have fallen on the table or on the ground, and shirk their responsibilities. Since the garbage bin was implemented for lunch, the dining table is much cleaner than before. However, no matter what method is used, children's interest will gradually fade after a long time. Once I saw an article about form management on the Internet, and I had a new idea. At present, we still carry out the dustbin on the table at lunch every day, but there are small requirements for each table. We only judge the three groups according to which set of tableware, table top and floor is the cleanest after dinner every day. Each group is rewarded with a small red flag, and each group has a treasure chest. The little red flag of the reward is placed in the group's box and accumulated slowly. After collecting the same number of small red flags as the group, all the children in this group can take the small red flags to the teacher to receive their favorite small gifts. Boys get their favorite pictures of Altman cards and armored soldiers, girls get some small stickers and so on.

I didn't expect this method to be very popular with children. The children who got the gifts danced excitedly with small cards and stickers, encouraging each other to continue to compete for the first place in exchange for more gifts. The children who didn't get the gifts were greedy, and discussed with each other privately, trying to win over the children of other groups. At lunch, we should not only clean the desktop and floor, but also try to help the teacher clean up. This may be the temptation of those humble little substances.

There is so much wisdom and detail in a small link. Pay attention to all aspects of kindergarten life activities, and gradually form corresponding routines to promote the development of children's good living habits. In daily activities, we should be good at observing and seeking solutions. We can't always manage our children in a fixed way. Sometimes managing them with what they are interested in is dozens of times more than our mandatory oral English.

I recommend it carefully.
