Chapter I Obligations of Both Parties

Third, the obligation of food, clothing, housing and transportation.
1. Both parties shall purchase the required clothes at their own expense, and the other party may make suggestions for reference, but shall not force the buyer to do it completely according to his own wishes.
2. The clothes are washed by the washing machine in turn, and can be changed under special circumstances.
3. When the two parties are not together, each person will withdraw 400 yuan from the public account every month for expenses such as meals and pocket money; When you go out for dinner, you should pay your bills, not more than 200 yuan every month.
When both parties are at home, meals are cooked in turn (including washing pots and dishes), and each person has a meal. When cooking, you are not allowed to tell each other what to do. When one party is at home, the food will be taken care of by itself, and all labor shall not be accumulated or superimposed for the other party.
5. Housing, water, electricity and property fees are divided into 64% according to the actual amount, with the man bearing 60% and the woman bearing 40%. Other expenses, such as the purchase of furniture, household appliances, mobile phones, etc., need to be applied to the other party, estimated from the public account, and the monthly fixed amount is deducted from the pocket money.
6. Clean the house twice a week, once a month on Wednesday and Saturday. Both sides supervise each other. If the cleaning is not conscious and thorough, the other party has the right to criticize and ask for correction, but the language should be gentle and the other party should consciously correct it. If one party is away from home for more than a week, the other party shall clean it by itself, and shall not accumulate or superimpose all the labor for the other party.
