This problem mentioned by Tao Xingzhi is very confusing for many teachers in modern education. One of the new concepts of modern education and teaching shows that education and teaching are closely related to life. Therefore, the basic task of modern education is how to connect education with life, which is also the top priority of our front-line teachers.

As a front-line teacher, I want to express my opinion.

First of all, teachers should start from students' real life and avoid boasting and empty talk. When educating students, we might as well treat ourselves as a student, think of them everywhere, encourage them more with less criticism, or treat them as our own children and teach them how to live and get along with others.

Secondly, teaching should be linked with real life. Teaching comes from and serves life. In detail, the arrangement of the new textbook makes the math problems come alive, but our teacher has not seen this clearly. Why do you say that? It is not difficult to see from the teaching process of teachers that the hardships along the way of the new curriculum reform also illustrate the same problem. Teachers should understand that "students come to school not only to get a knowledge bag, but also to make themselves smarter." I firmly believe that if our teachers can closely link their education, teaching and life, the new curriculum reform will soon have a bright future.

I look forward to this day coming soon.

(Note: I am a rural teacher, and I am also talking about the current situation of rural education and teaching. I appreciate Tao Xingzhi's views on education and teaching, and I will read his articles as long as they are available. )
