The School of Education of South China Agricultural University is a national key entrepreneurial university. After several generations of hard struggle and continuous exploration, the cause of continuing education has grown from scratch. School of Education, Huanong University:

1. The College of Continuing Education of Huazhong Agricultural University is a business management department and school-running unit affiliated to Huazhong Agricultural University, which mainly exercises business management and school-running functions such as adult orientation education, junior college education, cadre continuing education, and higher education self-study examination.

2. 1990, the Ministry of Agriculture approved the establishment of an adult education college. The school merged the Adult Education Office of Huazhong Agricultural University, the cadre professional department and the Central Agricultural Management Cadre College Huazhong Agricultural University Branch to establish the Adult Education College of Huazhong Agricultural University, while retaining the brand of "Branch".

3. With the rapid development of adult education and continuing education, the Self-taught College of Huazhong Agricultural University and the Vocational and Technical Education College of Huazhong Agricultural University have been established one after another, and they have been established as "agricultural vocational and technical education and training demonstration bases" by the Ministry of Agriculture.
